HOPE MILLS, N.C. – North Carolina authorities say they used a stun gun on a woman motorist who blocked a McDonald's drive-thru for 20 minutes after employees refused to serve her because she cut in line.
Authorities say 37-year-old Evangeline Lucca bypassed the order screen and line and pulled directly up to the pick-up window Friday afternoon at the restaurant in Hope Mills, about 60 miles south of Raleigh.
Cumberland County sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Tanner told The Fayetteville Observer that the woman had her 3-year-old daughter in the car when she became confrontational with the workers before deputies arrived.
Tanna says Lucca was subsequently shocked by deputies and charged with second-degree trespass.

According to another source, the employees at the McDonald’s claimed the woman did this often, and they finally were fed up with her and called the police.
I haven’t been able to find any pix of this woman.
They should have told her she had to get her order inside, grabbed her, put her through the grinder and put her on the dollar menu.

In the aftermath of Katrina for the first few months, many bridges were out, leaving only a single lane in each direction. Lines were backed up for a couple of miles for some bridges. While sitting in line, almost everyday one of my co-workers would zoom past the line and get in at the front. I confronted her about it one day. She said “why get in line at the back when I can get in line at the front” All it took was for another one of Holder’s people to let her in and she was gone. She would get home an hour before I would.
All I can say about that ol’gal is ZAP HER AGAIN!

I've noticed that a lot of fast-food joints are adding extended concrete islands and high curbs to funnel traffic into the drive-through lane. The idea must be to thwart these line-cutting people and the confrontations they generate.
Shops with drive-up windows had been nearly unaltered since the 1950s; these alterations are all very recent - just in the last few years. It's all part of the new civility, I reckon.

And, it was in a McDonald’s that the girl in Baltimore beat up a Trans-person dressed as a woman.
