Vice Presidential Nominee,
Conservative voters don't vote for liberal politicians. Both Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are liberal politicians. As Mr. Hoefling has said many times, Republicans may be conservatives, or they may support Mitt Romney--but they may not do both.
Principled patriotic American voters don't vote for candidates who are opposed to America's foundational principles. Both Barack Obama and Mitt Romney hold a number of positions that are directly opposed to America's foundational principles. Republicans may be principled patriotic Americans, or they may support Mitt Romney--they may not do both.
Pro-life voters don't vote for pro-abortion candidates. Both Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are pro-abortion candidates. Republicans may be pro-life, or they may support Mitt Romney--they may not do both.
With the impending Republican nomination of Mitt Romney for president, it is becoming increasingly difficult to deny that patriotic, pro-life conservatives are no longer allowed any real voice in the Republican Party. But patriotic, pro-life, conservative Republicans are welcome in America's Party.
Don’t let the political chameleon, Mitt Romney, a man who is constantly redefining himself to fit what he thinks is politically expedient, define YOU.
Conservatives should focus their passions on the downballot races. There are several conservatives states featuring primaries between establishment hacks and grass roots conservatives. Here’s a list of candidates who are worthy of their support:
Richard Mourdock- Indiana
Don Stenberg- Nebraska
Josh Mandel- Ohio
Ted Cruz- Texas
Dan Liljenquist- Utah
ANYBODY BUT OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the only message that we should be putting out right now. The choice is Romney or Obama. No one else is going to get our of single digits in a national election. If you are talking about any other choice you really need a reality check. Or better yet put up some $$$. I'm needing a few new toys.
That’s right folks. Ignore 1992 and the “Perot effect’ that gave us Billy Jeff.
Follow this advice at everyone’s peril.
Vote for Romney at YOUR peril. He’s left of Bubba. He’s pro gay marriage, he appoints liberal judges, he’s pro-abortion, end of story.
Principled American patriots don't cavort with liberals who are opposed to America's foundational principles. Both liberal family and friends hold a number of positions that are directly opposed to America's foundational principles. American patriots may be principled, or they may cavort with liberal family and friends, but they may not be/do both.
Pro life Americans don't provide succor to pro abortion death cultists. Both liberal family and friends are pro abortion death cultists. Americans may be pro life or they may provide succor to liberal family and friends, but they may not be/do both.
Perot was a pro-abort like Romney. I don’t support politicians who think it’s okay to kill babies.
A bullet to the brain, or a bullet to the heart.
What are you talking about?
Yeah, vote for Mitt. He’ll lose, but your vote will encourage him to run again in 2016!
Let’s give him a strong showing so he befouls the next race too. And so that nothing ever changes for the better.
-- Winston Churchill
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."
-- Winston Churchill
Your party has already done that, barring a mass uprising by conservatives to raise up a principled choice.
and Obama is so much more conservative...feh.
I did not suggest ‘support’. I merely point out that it is IMPERATIVE that Obama NOT have a second term.
There is at least one thing that I can think of that is infinitely more scary than a second Obama term: A conservative movement which has completely abandoned all principle.
Take your anybody but Obama for yourself.
I will not support Romney.
The ABO will give Romney a blank check.
Maybe when you get it; you will come off of your high horse.
I am doing a write in. To heck with helping Romney and his liberal wing party. Who cares about the people! GOP DNC Goldman banks Foxnews. Once the GOP destroys the Tea Party (us), we have no power.
"Impress upon children the truth that the exercise of the elective franchise is a social duty of as solemn a nature as man can be called to perform; that a man may not innocently trifle with his vote; that every elector is a trustee as well for others as himself and that every measure he supports has an important bearing on the interests of others as well as on his own. "
-- Daniel Webster
Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.
