Sources have revealed to The Sanford Herald that former Chief Bill Lee Jr. will permanently resign this afternoon.
City Manager Norton Bonaparte Jr. has confirmed that there will be a special meeting held with city commissioners today at 4 p.m.

Next Sunday (according to FOX) a pro Zimmerman rally is scheduled for Sanford. Maybe he wants to join /sarc.

For the Chief, there is no good way forward. He will probably leave law enforcement.
Absolutely. This is a smart move on his part. Unfortunately for him, he will likely be called to the stand at trial.
Still, this gives him time to get his family hunkered down in parts unknown.
I firmly believe the fix is in, but if Zimmerman is unexpectedly acquitted and cut loose, the animals will riot and loot from coast to coast. You don't want to be anywhere near a concentrated Democrat parasite nest ("city") when the riots and fires start.

Hi! I heard this on Fox too and they mentioned Frank Taaffe, Zimmerman’s friend who has been on CNN defending him as organizing the rally. I did a search in the news and do not see it but Twitter is discussing this when you do a search for his name. The rally will be called “Justice for Zimmerman!” Very interesting!
