Unions are scumbag-evil, all unions. Especially health-related unions.
I was appalled when I saw the way one Boston hospital was treated by unions. I believe it was Andy Stern (SEIU) who said “If you don’t unionize, we are going to destroy the relationship between you and your patients.”
They then got big billboard trucks and parked them across the street from the main entrance accusing them of Medicare fraud and showing out of context statistics about mortality rates.
Scum. Pure, unadulterated scum.
This union is particularly evil for disturbing the peace of patients. That CPMC hospital is where my wife goes for cancer treatments, and where my daughter gave birth to one of our grandchildren a few months ago. One of the finest hospitals in SF. I know if I encounter them I'll be in their faces. Unions are inadvertently destroying industry that they take over, and they need to be stopped.
