Jennifer Tyrrell, the den leader who was "fired" by her local Cub Scout troop for being gay, said that her 7-year-old son Cruz will not remain in the national organization because of its discrimination against gay leaders and scouts.
In March, the Boy Scouts of America removed Tyrrell from her position, telling her that her sexual orientation "did not meet the high standards" of conduct set by the Boy Scouts of America
"We can no longer support an organization that has these policies and we hope to get them changed," said Tyrrell. "That is our main goal."

In fact, there is a very good reason why the BSA doesn't want homosexuals in their ranks, and that should be quite obvious.
But no, these sexually abhorrent mental midgets don't to want to leave anything just and moral alone. It gets in the way of their mission to completely destroy the moral fabric in this country.

Seems they conveniently “forgot” the part in the Scout Oath about “To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and MORALLY STRAIGHT.”
If they don’t like it, they can go find another organization.
They have tried to force organizations such as the Boy Scouts to accept homosexuals as scout masters. Their ultimate goal was to give male homosexuals virtually unlimited access to young boys so they could molest them. It is a well known secret within the homosexual community that boys who are sexually molested are six times more likely to become homosexuals than boys who are not. The last time I heard of a homosexual lying his way into a position as a scout master, the Boy Scouts had to dish out six figure settlements to the parents of the molested teenagers.
I can go on, but the point is made. The homosexual agenda is a malignant evil that wants to force America to bear the burden of their bad choices. They destroy lives and have no empathy for the destruction they bring on their victims.
Homosexuals are sex-offenders and should not have access or contact with children.
Of course the real answer to the issue is the publicity and the book deal, not Boy Scout policy..
She ha no legal grounds against Scouting, but the Council Commissioner & Council Exec are probably going to be investigating the Pack Chairman and District Exec for a while.

We never asked anyone if they were gay when I taught Youth Protection. It’s rather senseless because they can lie.
The “No adult alone with a Scout” rule protects the Scouts, not the “No Gays” rule.
