I have a relative who has been married to a Texas Aggie for about 15 years. Her and her mother and father and sister are all left wing libs. During the 2008 election her mother sent an email to everyone in the family to pray for her daughter. The reason for the prayers? Her daughter’s husband had admitted to her that he was a conservative.
I laughed till I almost cried. To me it showed how stupid they all are. Most Aggies are conservative.
I have several relatives I will no longer speak to. They just can’t keep their mouths shut and it’s always something vile about Palin or some other conservative. So, they’re no longer welcome in my home and I will never go to theirs.
