The bottled water bylaw passed at this year’s Town Meeting bans the sale of non-sparkling, unflavored drinking water in single-serving polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles of 1 liter (34 ounces) or less

So, have any of the suckers in Concord figured out who is the guy who sells single-serving sparkling water and flavored water bottles in town?

Clearly this ban was put in place to help him.

I'm thinking that an anti-trust "unlawful restraint of trade" lawsuit or two might cause the town to reconsider their actions.

“Concord became the first town in the country to ban the sale of single-serving PET bottled water on Wednesday night”

They can just but it on Tuesday night, or Thursday night.

Considering the location, I presume someone forgot to ride there shouting "The greencoats are coming, the greencoats are coming!"
