The Orange County Register ^ | 4-27-2012 | The Orange County Register Editorial Boarad

Gov. Jerry Brown is scheduled to issue a revised state budget within the next two weeks, so it probably came as bad news that revenue now will be "a few billion dollars" shy of the governor's previous budget projections through June 2013. That means the $9.4 billion shortfall Mr. Brown already expected will be considerably worse. . . .

What does the Democratic party expect? When you drive business out of the state, revenue goes down and then you don’t adjust to the reduced revenue? The only answer is to cut your spending down or take the money from the people. Then the people will move out of the state. Then what? Get it from the illegals that don’t pay taxes anyway? They are a bunch of fools and should be recalled.

Note “projections” he projected 5% growth and selling lands and everything else he did not do. Actually cash receipts are not down from last year.

Jerry Brown on paying the bills......

Jerry - “Well, Sutter, it looks like we’re not going to be able to balance the budget. What do you think I should do?”

Sutter - “Woof!”

Jerry - “Naw....I can’t cut employees. Who’d vote for the Democrats then. Bad boy!” Jerry beats Sutter with a newspaper.

Sutter becomes frightened and craps on the floor.

Jerry - “Now that’s the answer! We’ll crap on the taxpayers! Good boy, Sutter!” Jerry gives Sutter some goldfish flakes.
