"GOP lawmaker: Eligibility too scary to take on
Fears investigation would be 'biggest constitutional crisis since Civil War'
...

When it came to investigating Obama’s eligibility, however, Adams – who is now running for the U.S. House – said he feared Congress standing up to the chief executive would trigger “a constitutional crisis unlike one we’ve seen since perhaps the Civil War.”

Further, Adams questioned whether an investigation by Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio – determining probable cause to suspect the White House presented forged documents as “proof” of Obama’s eligibility – lends “credibility” to the case.

In a video shot by Ballantyne, author of “Oh Really, O’Reilly!” and cameraman Gabe Zolna, Adams affirmed his oath of office to defend the Constitution, but worried that investigating Obama’s potential violation of that Constitution would create tremendous “fallout” among the American people.

“First off, I do think it’s entirely appropriate that every candidate for office be able to prove their eligibility,” Adams said. “But … can you imagine the constitutional crisis that would ensue?”

He continued, “Because of how big that would be, I simply do not believe that an investigation by a volunteer posse of the sheriff gives enough credibility to this issue to really push this issue.”

Instead, Adams insisted Congress shouldn’t act until the question of Obama’s eligibility had “worked its way through the legal process.” ..."

Do YOU fear Obama?
http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/12999

Every member of the Supreme Court, every member of congress, every member of the Joint Chiefs, most members of the DOD, CIA, FBI, Secret Service and state run media, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, PBS, NPR, MSNBC, Fox and print news, knows that Barack Hussein Obama does NOT meet Article II – Section I constitutional requirements for the office he holds. By his own biography, there is NO way he can pass the test. The hard evidence is so far beyond overwhelming, it is ridiculous.
(snip)
But not ONE member of America’s most powerful people will dare confront Obama and his anti-American cabal on the subject. The Constitution does NOT stand.
(snip)
Half of the people you expect to stop this insanity are quiet co-conspirators in the silent coup. The other half is paralyzed by fear, motivated only by political self-preservation.
(Snip)
Americans keep asking what they can do because they see that none of their leaders are doing anything to stop the demise of their beloved country. It’s the right question, because those leaders are NOT going to stop this thing.
(Snip)
WHO WILL SAVE FREEDOM?
A brave few… This is how it was in the beginning, how it has always been and how it will be.
(Snip)
DR. ORLY TAITZ, Phil Berg and Gary Kreep, ALL OF WHOM HAVE MADE DEFENDING THE CONSTITUTION AND THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE A PERSONAL AMBITION, IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY CONSTITUTION LEADERSHIP.
A PRECIOUS FEW, BUT THEY EXIST… and the walls are indeed closing in on Obama and his evil cabal. IF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FAIL TO GET BEHIND THESE BRAVE FEW WHO ARE SEEKING PEACEFUL REDRESS, ALL THE PEACEFUL OPTIONS WILL EVAPORATE AS IF THEY NEVER EXISTED. WE WILL RETURN TO A PRE-1776 AMERICA OVERNIGHT..

We have a group charged with upholding the Constitution and they consider keeping their oath of office a threat to the continuance of the Constitution? Doesn't their failure to honor their oath and keep the Constitution constitute the very destruction they claim they want to avert?

We are watching the requirements for president become yet another dead letter.

‘What I can’t imagine is how so many “cowardly lions” managed to win elections and quake at the knees before Oz.’

Man, that phrase is poetic. I might have to steal it one day!

Rinos chose the blue pill, Conservatives chose the red...We see the machine is the monster, and the America we remember is dead...No popularity contests, but a lifelong war we will endure... GENTLEMEN. Our Kings are Corrupt. So then, let Our Revolution be Pure. :^)

All pols are, first and foremost, concerned with their own careers, first.

Yes, they used to be called "public servants", not "career politicians".

Maybe Orly Taitz should run for president. If someone challenges her eligibility, she’d have a case.

I asked my (R) Congressman here in the DFW area straight out why he did not speak up about ANY controversial subjects. He told me that he has learned not to say anything that might get misconstrued by the media. I walked away muttering, “Coward!” Even though he is my neighbor and a nice man, I would rather vote for a representative of the people, not someone who only tries to protect themselves. I want to scream, “Think outside the box!”

A perfect example of why the Republican Party is where it is today.

AMEN to that! The cowardice is astounding. I swear, I'm just about as disgusted with most of the Republican party as I am with the big Zero himself.

I'm not 100% certain about this case.Lying about eligibility is something that Osama *and* the Rat Party are *absolutely* capable of lying about and covering up if necessary. But I think Adams is right about one thing...if push comes to shove this thing would be *so* explosive as to rock this country to its core.If fact I'd wager everything I have that regardless of how much evidence of his ineligibility is presented to the public, the courts or Congress he will not be removed from office before the end of whatever term he's in when the evidence is presented.

Tragic as that is I firmly believe it to be the case. Why? Put very briefly...scorched earth campaign.A campaign that would make Billy Bob Blythe's anti impeachment campaign look like a Sunday afternoon picnic by comparison.

a major part the crisis is also the fact that none of the “controlling authorities” ARE not willing to do their sworn to duties and take on the issue!

Bobby Jindal would be a case in point.

Or, more likely, Marco Rubio. My recollection is that his parents had not obtained citizenship when he was born in the US. Is he NBC? Obama would be, because his fake BC, which everyone is afraid to question, shows he is NBC (nat. born citizen).

“IF we ran Arnold Schwarzenegger”

Like Jackie Gleason said in Smokey and the Bandit “I’m going to go home and smack your mother” for even suggesting such a thing! That A$$hole was a miserable failure and should not be allowed near public office anywhere again! Besides, he’s probably too busy impregnating another maid. California today suffers greatly from his “administration.” We should have stayed with a known criminal like Gray Davis.

All of these eligibility Qs were raised and investigated WAY before zero was inaugurated.

THEY chose the ‘constitutional crisis’ they fear out of DERELICTION OF DUTY.
