Wait a minute. "Urban youths" can mean a lot of things these days: Muslim, Black, Hispanic, disaffected Caucasians, etc.

What sort of "urban youth" are we talking about here and why does it matter whether or not they were "urban" or "youth".

They were a little rowdy and needed to be disciplined by their parents - more than a decade ago in my estimation.

Here is where we see the breakdown of Society, especially with the LBJ Great Society tearing apart Black Families.

Back in my day, had I been involved with something like this, my Father would have taken me to the Police Station and turned me in. The embarrassment would have rippled through my Family and the shame it would have brought upon me would have been Life changing.

Today, the kids will whine and their “Parents” (if they actually have two Parents) will whine right along with them while playing the Victim Card and / or the Race Card because it fits their agenda and Society's expectations.

When I was young my father said if any of us got in trouble and we were part of a large group, he would blame us and only us. Said we were natural leaders and if the group was up to no good, it was our job to change the direction of the group. You can imagine how he took to us doing wrong when there wasn't a large group.
