On Sunday, Dan Savage took to his blog to apologize for some controversial comments he made at an anti-bullying event. Savage said he shouldn’t have used the term “pansy-ass” and noted that he was not attacking Christianity, but rather, he was attacking hypocrisy. (Snip) People often point out that they can’t help it, they can’t help with the anti-gay bullying, because it says right there in Leviticus, it says right there in Timothy, it says right there in Romans that being gay is wrong. We can learn to ignore the bull**** in the Bible about gay people.

Indeed, one doesn’t need the Bible to tell us homosexuality is a mental illness.
I knew some homosexuals in University. Some were intelligent and kind people, but all suffered greatly due to their homosexuality. They were immature, nervous, depressed, violent. I saw suicide attempts, addiction and extremely risky behavior.
Statistics (those released anyway) from Western countries show homosexual men in particular have life-spans 20-25 years shorter than average, due to disease, addiction and suicide.

He also demonstrated that if people profane your Father, you can give them a good thrashing...that a believer should arm himself for worldly battle as well as heavenly, get a good blade even if you have to sell your clothes...and capital punishment for the corruptors of children.
The whole getting slapped twice stuff was more about rebel tactics when confronted by superior numbers...get tough, don’t sweat the psych, and turn the tables.

I’m seeing a pattern emerge .. first they make the dumba$$ comments which go unnoticed; then it’s exposed; then it’s no big whoop; followed by an apology; followed by the bus.
Example of hypocrite would be a person who was paid to discuss anti-bully behavior and then bullied some people from the pulpit.
With his moronic understanding of Christianity and scripture, he would do better to pick on some other religion, Islam, for instance.
I learned more reading the bible than he learned in bath houses. He is a punk who gives no respect and deserves none.
