Does Elena Kagen have a $20 million commitment to destroying the American Republic?

What would you say if you learned that a member of the highest court in the land has spent the last 30 years openly advocating for the destruction of the US Constitution and even went so far as to accept $20 million from Shariah Law proponents to accomplish her goal?

That Supreme Court Justice is Elena Kagan.

The year after Ronald Reagan entered the Oval Office with the goal of restoring America to greatness; Elena Kagan penned a telling and disturbing senior thesis titled "To the Final Conflict: Socialism in New York City, 1900-1933." In that body of work, Kagan lamented that "a coherent socialist movement is nowhere to be found in the United States"; and that," no "radical party" had yet "attained the status of a major political force." Kagan went on to sound a rally cry for "those who, more than half a century after socialism's decline, still wish to change America."

Apparently, this was no mere college dalliance, as the Elena Kagan has spent the rest of her career working to remove the underpinnings of freedom and destroy the American Constitution from within. And Kagan's grand plan has worked very well indeed.

After graduate school Kagan went on to become Dean of Harvard Law, where she removed Constitutional Law classes from the curriculum, and replaced those necessary and time honored classes with required studies of international law. And in what appears to be a game of using a mutual enemy's resources to accomplish ones' true objective, Kagan also accepted a $20 million grant from Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal - a noted Shariah Law proponent - to implement an "Islamic Studies" program.

I once said that even the worst Republican was better than the best Democrat!! Man have I ever seen the light. How wrong I was. And today we have FReepers saying that about the current batch of RINOs and leftists in the GOP who are up for election. It’s no longer even a slow death. It’s becoming a sure death!! Drive the corrupt leftist bastards out of off and out of the GOP!!

All the more reason for conservatives to pump resources into ousting Lugar rather than waste anything on Romney.

Olympia Snowe is retiring and her seat is open this year. Will a conservative white knight emerge to fill her seat? From Maine?

Judd Gregg already retired and was replaced by Kelly Ayotte. One can only hope she is sterner stock. Her early endorsement of Romney was not a good sign.

Susan Collins and Lindsey Graham are up in 2014. A good time for the Tea Party to show some mid-term muscle, if they aren’t too demoralized by a potential Romney presidency.

I once said all of the Democrats and half the Republicans have to go. I may have misunderestimated.

That is why his elegibility is so important. If he was never elegible, he was never president. All of his appointments would be voided as would all of the bills he has signed. Proving him a fraud is the surest way to undo the damage he has done.

Yep.

Collins is retiring. Lugar may get beaten in the Indiana primary— replacements are rarely an improvement.

Socialism, communism, Marxism, liberal Progressivism.. It all hides behind the impervious shield of the protected classes (gay, minority, female, etc). When you need the dirty deed of destroying America done, just elect a black man who appoints lesbians, Hispanics and blacks that cannot be criticized or impeached!

Snowe is the one who is retiring.

Collins is up for re-election in 2014.

She can be impeached, which will become a possibility next year, IF proven to be true.

No, I think you’re thinking of Snowe who’s retiring. Collins has a couple more years to make that decision.

Toomey replaced Specter in PA, so that was at least one improvement.

Ginsburg was confirmed 96-3, so I guess we have to give our guys some credit for growing some bigger cajones since then. Sotomayor got just a couple more Republican votes than Kagan, but at least she wasn’t as blatantly and obviously unqualified for the job.

The fact that Obama appointed her shows exactly what kind of traitor he is.

Another term and he is likely to pack the court with two more Communists.
