Well and good points make senator. Now can anyone please explain why a Republican POTUS with a Two House Majority carried the DEMs water for them? The Bush years should have been a major reversal of government in our lives. GW Bush and his FRIENDS expanded government powers especially the Executive Branch to the crisis creating monster it is today.

Precedents Team Bush set to be used against us are unforgivable. Let's also not forget his stacking of LIBERAL LONG TIME FAMILY FRIENDS {RINO's} in the houses which gave us the 2006 election collapse to start with. Remember this senator. Conservatives were in general not liked by Bush from as early as before taking office in 2001 and they still aren't. Like Father like Son. Never, ever, forget it when the name Bush comes up for a possible election.

Sad to say the Nelson Rockefeller Liberalisms of GW Bush help set the way for Obama 2008. He took the party and the nation further left. Not quite as far as Gore would have. But recall his saying in 2000 he and Mr Gore were not that far apart on most issues.

Relentlessly prosecuting a War on Terror despite constant snipes from the enemy on the ground and in the media while enacting a tax cut (which was so popular a Dem president and Congress couldn't find the courage to reverse it) and standing strong against a major offensive for embryonic stem cell research is "carrying Dems' water"?

Uh...don't think so.
