Thank you for the precise summary of the nasty remarks about Newt, from the slimebags Shepard Smith, Ed Rollins and Carl Cameron after Newt’s speech!

Newt did not endorse Romney! LOL.

Alright!...and here's something we need to be aware of Obama stated...... the Press isn't airing and worth knowing....

In response to Afghan outrage over the inadvertent Koran burnings by the U.S. Military in February, the Obama Defense Department created a mandatory training for military service members in the region. It is entitled, "Proper handling and disposal of Islamic Religious Materials:... Service Members/Civilian Training."

The Obama administration asserts regarding Islam:

"We will hold sacred the beliefs held sacred by others."

Apparently to President Obama, the sacred beliefs of Islam in Afghanistan must be held sacred by the U.S. government,.... but Christianity in America is a nuisance to be reshaped by ObamaCare, the courts and the bureaucracy with no regard for its beliefs.

From Newt...keeping us informed where the Press won't....

Thank you so much for the ping, and sdf for the post.

(Snark free as opposed to the Guardian version, posted by Steelfish.)

This is classic Newt, forever. The big thinker and hell of a task master, both of which repelled the likes of Tom Coburn, Cantor, McConnell, McCain, Graham, Santorum and the rest of the Establishment.

Sadly, the voters had no use for the ONLY American the manipulative GOPE and the Marxists in power together, actually feared.

We have given ourselves over to the socialist instead, and all is well. /s

Yet, another observer called Newt's speech "spellbinding" Only Newt Gingrich could turn the rote task of suspending a presidential campaign into riveting theater. Gingrich wrapped up a “truly wild ride” Wednesday the same way he conducted it, delivering an overly long (23 minutes), ragged yet somehow spellbinding speech. It was vintage Newt: bombastic, bewildering, but never boring. Bucking pressure from his party to heal the rifts of a bitter primary, Gingrich did not offer a clear endorsement of Mitt Romney, the presumptive Republican nominee. ”I’m asked sometimes, is Mitt Romney conservative enough? And my answer is simple: compared to Barack Obama?” Gingrich said. “This is not a choice between Mitt Romney and Ronald Reagan.” In a long list of tepid Romney endorsements, his was the most begrudging, if it was even an endorsement at all. He’s not only gonna endorse Romney, he’s going to ‘sell’ his endorsement for the price of Romney helping him retire his campaign debt.

At least Santorum’s price for endorsing Romney is getting Romney to agree to some of Santorum’s pet projects.

The beloved, or should I say formerly beloved Mr. Herman Cain made a very fervent endorsement of Romney.

Wonder what Sarah will do?

So glad that I got to vote for Newt in our primary. Other than Sarah it’s what I wanted. Seems to me that Sarah saw or was told ‘we will break you if you get in the race’. Romney’s money just doesn’t run out.

the main beneficiary of this is ronPaul who will collect more delegates ... Newt shoulda stayed minimally active just to trip up ronPaul in the last 10 (?) primaries.

RonPaul got traction vs McCain after Huckabee dropped out in 2008
