Lawyers are scum.
I once settled a wrongful termination case, they let me go because I was in the military and actually put it in writing. The legal fees were paid by the defendant but he “forgot” to charge them a few hundred so he took it out of my paltry settlement.
I literally did all the work.
Did I mention that lawyers are scum?
