George Zimmerman's defense attorney says he will not comment on a Myspace page that portrays his client in a "less-than-favorable" light, because the racially charged social media postings could come up at his murder trial.
But he hinted that if Zimmerman's postings will be scrutinized in court, Trayvon Martin's would be too.
McClatchy Newspapers reported that Zimmerman had a Myspace account in 2005 in which he wrote insulting remarks about Mexicans. He referred to an ex-girlfriend as a "hoe," talked about beating a felony rap and complained that every Mexican he ran into pulled a knife on him. One line suggested that friends went to jail rather than snitch on him.
"Workin 96 hours to get a decent pay check, gettin knifes pulled on you by every mexican you run into!" Zimmerman wrote.
Defense attorney Mark O'Mara said Zimmerman's account had been hacked and abandoned - but acknowledged that the posts cited by McClatchy Newspapers were written by his client.
A crucial element in Zimmerman's criminal case is whether he racially profiled Martin when he followed him Feb. 26, got into a fight with him and then shot him. Zimmerman denies profiling Martin and claims he shot him to save his own life.
Martin's family's attorney, Benjamin Crump, told McClatchy Newspapers that the Myspace posting was disturbing because it demonstrates Zimmerman's "pattern of profiling."
"It's one thing to think something like that, but to type it?" Crump said. "You really gotta be racist. You really have to have ill will and malice."
In a statement posted on his website Wednesday, O'Mara published one of Crump's quotes, and noted: "We believe that inviting public scrutiny of the contents of this social media account invites scrutiny of the social media accounts of all parties involved....

What, Crump, was Zimmerman's attacker part Mexican now? What was Saint Skittles' twitter account name, there, Crump? Was it "no limit n-word"?
In March, conservative bloggers discovered Martin had a Twitter account, where he looked older and wore gold covers on his teeth. He often re-tweeted crude jokes riddled with foul language and posted offensive lyrics to popular rap songs.
Of course conservative bloggers had to do it, because the "objective media" supposedly COVERING the story were too busy creating a saint out of Zimmerman's attacker was very UNCURIOUS about his past. They were too busy swallowing the Sharpton Lynch Mob Kool-Aid.
Crump wondered whether O'Mara's unwillingness to discuss Zimmerman's social media account means he is backing off the digital social network strategy...
Probably not, it probably means he won't try the case in public. Zimmerman's attacker will no doubt be fully vetted by the defense in this case, and I'm thinkin' it won't be pretty.
By the way Crump, did you see George's head after his attacker had banged it into the sidewalk? Pretty bloody.
Since when is saying every Mexican he meets pulls a knife on him racist? Sounds like the truth to me, according to dealings I had with gangs of them in Stockton, CA back in the mid to late 50s. Telling the truth is now racist. Besides, I didn’t think TM was a Mexican.

I’ve been watching the GOP-e for too long - I get surprised that there are people who fight back against media attacks.
What does it even matter if Zimmerman called Martin a n***** or even started a fight? Because you pick a fight you deserve to die if you can't win it? No "disproportionate responses" to save your own life? If this is a legitimate prosecution point, we are doomed.
Say what you will about "Team Skittles", but they have played the very willing Lame Stream Media like a violin from the very start in a very well organized effort in trying this case in the media, lies be damned. Ryan Julison's PR campaigned was evil, but brilliant - so far. At this point, this is the REAL story of this case.
This, incidentally, is essentially the same team (Julison, Parks and Crump, Natalie Jackson, et al) who engineered the Pigford settlements.
No respect for them, but their manipulation of a willing National Media has brought them their sought after results in the past. $$$$. They are poised to do so again.
Mr. Zimmerman is a combined Hispanic (Peruvian), black and white individaul. How he can be accused of racism is beyond me.
Under “Stand Your Ground” not only can Mr. Zimmerman not be tried again for this, but he cannot be sued in civil court.
Remember the LA cops in the King beating—found not guilty on the evidence by the state, found guilty of un-PC aka “civil rights violating” policing by the Feds and then thrown in jail.
George is gonna do time no matter what or it's Helter Skelter—black racism is America's jihadism and like the Islamonazis, only blood or unconditional surrender is gonna satisfy them.
I mean to say, because of how the Stand Your Ground law is written for Florida, Crump CANNOT sue civilly if GZ gets off because of it. Crump merely needs the criminal case to go to trial in order to open the door for him. He doesn’t need a conviction. That is why the push and rhetoric for an arrest was so important. Crump is not a criminal lawyer and does not prosecute, the State of Florida does that. He needs these certain steps to be accomplished in order for him to sue in civil court. Remember the push to bring in the Federal DOJ? There’s a reason.
Exactly! Hence their need to use Julison to feed the National Media their well crafted narrative to “force” the arrest.
In 2005, Zimmerman was 21....apparently struggling and apparently around some rough folks. In regard to what he said about Mexicans, the truth doesn’t make you a racist.
Imagine the outrage if someone pulled up Trayvon Martin’s 4th grade report card or discipline record from 7 years ago, or his MySpace page from way back then.

I don’t know quite what’ll happen if the case is dismissed pre-trial on self-defence grounds, but I’ll keep those of you in close proximity to large populations of “audacious, daring urban youths” (as the media is so fond of describing them) in my thoughts and prayers.
