After not seeing her son in 16 years a northern California woman is accused of tracking him down over the social networking site and having sex with him.
In early March, Police in Napa, California served a search warrant on a local hotel where they found the 32-year-old Mistie Atkinson and her now 16-year-old son according to the New York Daily News. Atkinson a resident of Lake County, is charged with incest, oral copulation with a minor, contact with a minor for a sexual offense and sending harmful material to the 16-year-old. According to the Napa Valley Register the police filed paperwork with the court alleging that videos retrieved from the cellphone of Atkinson's son apparently shows her performing oral sex on him, the videos are dated February 3rd and 4th. Mistie Atkinson has plead not guilty.
According to the Register the police state that both Mistie and her unnamed son are aware that they are mother and son. Atkinson is also accused of sending nude pictures of herself to her son's cell phone in late December of 2011, as well as sexually explicit text messages. Court records further allege the two discussed running away together. The Daily News reported that Atkinson has a prior arrest for domestic battery just one month before sending the alleged nude pictures of herself. The arrest follows other domestic violence calls at the Nice residence Atkinson shares with her boyfriend. Mistie Atkinson is due back in court on May 10th, the Register has reported that her son's father (who has full custody) has obtained a restraining order. She is currently housed at the Napa County Jail in default of $200,000 bail.

Close relatives are so genetically similar, they often would find each other irresistably attractive, if they were not conditioned against it by imprinting when they are young. When they meet only as adults, like in this case, or when adopted siblings reunite, this is what often happens, believe it or not.

I’m going to guess the reason why the father got custody is because the mom had serious issues from the beginning.

Our laws were set up to support and promote the Judeo/Christian Religion—Never Satanic/Wiccan/atheist ones. Judeo/Christianity Ethics is compatible with Natural Law Theory—the basis of our Laws. Virtue is necessary for all Republics as all Founders stated and the Objective Truth in the Constitution is based on Judeo/Christian ethics which can be proven. They CAN NEVER be Changed (Barney Frank) without destroying the intent and meaning of the Supreme Document of the Land (and Common Sense and Reason and logic).
Without God—there are no Natural Rights—the basis of all our laws. If their is NO Lawgiver-—then there is no reason to keep any laws.
We either get back to endorsing the Judeo/Christian God like we did until the atheist John Dewey destroyed Christianity in Public Education or we will become no different than all the godless nations like Stalin’s and Hitler’s.

Hmmm. Put a load of make-up on her and she could pass for a certain Hollywood starlet who is always in the tabloid news and who has a penchant for adopting children.
