“Suburban supermom Eileen Cleary (Academy Award® nominee Kathleen Turner) is the ultimate Catholic.”

The fat lady?

Does Hollywood ever portray muslims as nasty, unfeeling bigots? Just wondering..../s;)

I did not want to be the first one to mention it, but Kathleen Turner is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood. When she is filming on location they have a double wide trailer just for her.

A homosexual making a homosexual movie that says that homosexuality is fine. How rare. Sure academy award winner.

Is there a single show on TV that has not made hateful fun of Christians?

Hey this is Kathleen Turner’s second (at least) gig as an unbalanced Catholic mom. She played one in The Virgin Suicides also.

“Is there a single show on TV that has not made hateful fun of Christians?”

Yes.
But they made fun of Jews or conservatives of any religion.

I haven’t detected mockery of Catholicism as such in THE BORGIAS. Frank depictions of the decadence and corruption of the Renaissance-era Vatican and the more or less standard sexploitation that’s a feature of most every cable show, yes, but not mockery of Christian belief or honest practice per se. If I’m wrong I stand ready to be corrected.

Hollywood, again forces good Americans to watch this trash.

My idea of Kathleen Turner as the perfect Catholic involves her thirty years younger (about the time “Body Heat” came out) and wearing a school uniform.

I don’t plan on seeing this pile of cr.., but if it’s a perfect homosexual-agenda driven movie, it will also have a homophobe who is secretly a homosexual. That seems to be a favorite theme of a lot of these dopey filmmakers i.e. people who don’t approve of homosexuality are usually fighting off homosexual urges. Yeah, right.

Once again, it seems that The Enemy knows the place to attack.

Matthew 5:

10 Blessed are they that suffer persecution for justice' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye when they shall revile you, and persecute you, and speak all that is evil against you, untruly, for my sake: 12 Be glad and rejoice, for your reward is very great in heaven. For so they persecuted the prophets that were before you.

Not completely true. I haven’t been to a theater since the first Star Wars and don’t miss it a bit. If Hollywood makes some thing I think I might want to watch; I just rent the CD, that way if I don’t like the subliminal message I am not out a ticket price or the cost of purchase. As far as television is concerned, I watch just enough news to know they are all full of crap and wouldn’t know real news if it bit them on the ass.
The net has plenty of choices for news or entertainment, if you are crazy enough to plant your tail in front of a screen for more than an hour a day.
