In a letter to the State Superintendent Dr. Tommy Bice, the DOJ said that absences among Hispanics tripled immediately following the enactment of the immigration law.

The DOJ's investigation concentrated on the Section 28 of the law, which requires school districts to collect information on immigration status from students at the time of enrollment. However, the law does not ban undocumented immigrants from attending school.

In the letter the DOJ said attendance records show that while absentee rates for other student groups remained static before and after the enactment of Section 28, absentee rates and withdrawals from school increased sharply among Hispanic students.

DOJ sees it is not going to be able to continue attacking Arizona so they’re shifting to attack Alabama.

Yes, but don't you understand? You are a rational American, able to understand the significance of facts in understanding other facts. The DOJ is now under the "stewardship" of a fanatic, who hates rooted White Americans, gunowners & anybody else, who does not want to undermine traditional moral & cultural values.

The point demonstrates how a different perspective governs what one sees.

When is the House of Reps going to vote on the Holder impeachment? The need seems ever more indicated.

Federal Law requires every state to provide schooling for anyone including illegals from Kindergarten to 12th grade.

The state is only collecting info and likely the bottom line will be the fed goverment will pay for their schooling....instead of locals paying.

Probably when we replace The Speaker with one who has gonads and spine.

Then watch the rush by other states to adopt their own SB1070.
