This is the first time in nearly four decades that the number of registered Hispanics has dropped significantly.

That means fewer Republican Hispanic votes. Registered or not, dead or alive, legal or illegal, it can only increase the democrat votes.

Au contraire.

The longer a Hispanic has resided in the USA, the more likely they are to vote Republican.

The Hispanics who are forced to move in a shrinking economy are the illegals and the less established.

I'd wager that 80% of the shortfall in Hispanic registrations were Democrat voters.
