Attention "Anyone But Obama" (ABO) FReepers! If you go to the thread at the link you will will see that JimRob has "declared a truce" and hundreds of ABO FReepers are now vigorously defending their belief, which I share, that the ineligible Marxist Manchurian MUST BE DEFEATED to preserve the Republic...without fear of "the ZOT"! Please consider a DONATION not just to fund renewal of expression and amplification of your ABO views, but let's over-achieve this FReepathon to get JR his new equipment!

IMO, Free Republic and FReepers could be vital in swing states in rallying just enough conservatives to tip the election and prevent our troops from having to salute for even one day longer than necessary an ineligible Marxist committed to destroying the USA !

I agree with your assessment of Romney and what will happen if he's in and I also don't trust him in the area of the SCOTUS. I think he'll put in liberals as fast as obama.

Yes, he will. Just examine his record of judicial appointments in Massachusetts for verification.

This brings us back to the dynamics of OPPOSITION. If we gain the majority in both houses of Congress this year (which is very likely), whose appointments to the Supreme Court is the Senate more likely to OPPOSE? Obama's or Romney's?

Let us not forget that either of them is likely to nominate the very same type of people to the bench. That being the case, it beggars belief that some would insist that we put someone in the White House who a Republican dominated Congress is likely to roll over for.

Perhaps you are right. However, I’m ineligible to vote in Peru.

Personally, I find the two types of conservatism to be inseparable and as Secret Agent Man posted earlier, a candidate who is honest with his or herself will not split the two.

That post had nothing to do with Jews.

Linking a post about the Mormon religion with Jewish folks makes no sense.

If you want to abstain from voting for President just find some nobody write-in that is allowed. Apparently here in Texas, only approved write-in’s are counted.

Presuming we can get some Republicans into the Senate with cajones, we actually could roll over a weak kneed, milk toast, no core values Republican.

If that ignant Democrat gets back in he'll be more difficult to roll over simply because he won't know he's being rolled.

Here, in terms you can understand, is the truth about gay marriage in MA.

Unless the MA courts had ruled in its favor, it would not have been instituted.

It is their responsibility.

No your vote is what will be meaningless.

A vote for Romney is meaningless!

If choice "A" is a crap sandwich, and choice "B" is a crap sandwich, opting for either one of them is the definition of meaningless, unless you enjoy crap sandwiches.

Yep, Secret Agent Man, I know that my belief in reincarnation is not biblical, which is one of the reason that I do not claim to be a Christian.

Then I get people telling me oh you believe in Jesus Christ, but you’re not a Christian, you can’t just use our Lord as you see fit and things of this nature.

But yes, I do absolutely believe in Jesus Christ, I cannot actually say that I am a Christian, rather I am just a simple man trying to do his best to understand that which is beyond my ability to understand.

Some things have happened in my life to open my eyes to certain things. When I was younger, I was an atheist. I am not an atheist any longer, and I will never be again. I am a lot of things, but dishonest is not one of them, and in that regard I must state that I know Jesus Christs exists.

What began to form my belief in reincarnation is that I began to see old souls and young souls. I am a young soul, but I don’t believe that this is my first time around, but I do believe I have a very long way to go. I have met people who know so much more than me, who have learned so much more than me. I do my best to learn from them, but yet I still screw up big time some times, really stupid mistakes, yet other times I get it just right to the point that it makes me think I may genuinely have some insight on some things.

It just seems to me that there is so, so much to learn and life can be so short, some times so short such as in the case of my step neice Anna, a beautiful little girl who died of brain cancer when she was four years old. I ask myself what did her soul learn in those 4 short years? What did our souls learn form her in those four short years? Will her soul have another chance? It is my belief that she will.

And listen I am really, really heartened by what you have stated regarding the souls of animals. One of the things I have learned here is that they do have souls, just as people do. And I have to confess that sometimes I envy their souls because of their innocence. Sometimes when I look at man, I just shake my head in shame :(

Secret Agent Man and muawiyah, I really appreciate both your responses, thank you both kindly.

May God bless you, FRiend, and thank you. I’ll always love Israel and the Jewish people.

It seems to me that liberalism is a sickness that infects and crowds out all other factors...religion, culture, everything else. Liberals choose their leftwing-ism over everything else.

Jews weren’t mentioned until the other poster tried to link my post about Mormonism to Jews, somehow. I imagine it’s some kind of gotcha question, as he sees it, but whatever.

Not intolerance, it is speaking the truth. I have never said Mormons cannot practice their faith, but I have just as much right to speak out against their religion as they have to practice it.

Freedom of religion does not mean a religion can go unchallenged, nor should it, since that would stifle freedom of speech.

So, again, links to posts please where I have been bigoted (in your words). I’ll wait...
