If you go to the thread at the link you will will see that JimRob has "declared a truce" and hundreds of ABO FReepers are now vigorously defending their belief, which I share, that the ineligible Marxist Manchurian MUST BE DEFEATED to preserve the Republic...without fear of "the ZOT"! IMO, Free Republic and FReepers could be vital in swing states in rallying just enough conservatives to tip the election and prevent our troops from having to salute for even one day longer than necessary an ineligible Marxist committed to destroying the USA !
I would be interested in hearing how much more you have done to stop abortion than your fellow freeper has. I mean, clearly you haven't managed to stop abortions from happening, probably even in your home town or state.
But what have you done? Have you been out there every week picketing the local abortion clinic? Did you go to your state legislature, and talk to each of the members urging them to pull funding for Planned Parenthood?
Did you lock yourself to an abortion clinic door, to keep women from getting in? Did you withhold your federal and state taxes, so that none of your money is used to pay for abortions?
Maybe you actually bombed an abortion clinic, or kidnapped an abortion doctor? Maybe you burst into an operating room, and killed a doctor before he was able to brutally murder an innocent child on the table? Maybe you just did sidewalk interventions, catching women and persuading them not to enter the clinic?
Did you at least donate regularly to the local crisis pregancy center, to help them persuade women not to abort their babies? Of course, Romney gave thousands of dollars to pro-life causes, but we all know that was just to buy their support -- on the other hand, the money serves the purpose, no matter what the reason given, so if Romney gave more money than you did, how can you accuse your fellow freeper of being pro-abortion for supporting Romney?
Seriously -- some people do more, some less. Where exactly do you draw this line of yours that allows you to claim that a fellow freeper is "holding the blody basin for abortionists" simply because he will vote for Romney? What exactly have you done that makes you LESS culpable for the murder than your fellow freeper?
If we all really believed in our hearts that abortion was murder, like we say, we'd all do more to stop it. I certainly don't do enough -- but then again, I don't accuse other human beings of being personally liable for the deaths, as if by being outraged I can claim moral superiority.
And you sir, and people like you, are the reason so many people have left FR and have taken their money with them. And when I do take my BM, I will be thinking of you.

I've heard that before as a joke about the bank board of directors voting for a new President from among their members. They had 9 Irish Catholics and 2 Jews.

It’s ma’am and I believe only Christianity is the true faith. I make no apologies for that. That doesn’t make me a bigot, that makes me a Christian. I am an Evangelical, and I have no issues with Lutherans, Methodists, Baptists, Pentecostals, Eastern Orthodox or even Catholics - all which have various views on non-essential doctrine.
