My guess is that the presiding Judge was so upset by the Yahoo editors’ failure to have mastered the infinitive verb tense that he could not allow the hearing to proceed.

Well at least we need to look at the bright side. The Feral govt learned enough to not deliver -Real- bombs to the terrorists like they did in OKC. Progress has been made!

Yeah, they plead not guilty ... for now. Just you wait.

These are young guys. When it dawns on them that SOMEone is going up the river for decades, one or more of them will sing like canaries.

...after allegedly paying an undercover FBI agent $900 for what they believed to be bombs, but were actually fakes.

They thought they were buying a bomb for $900 dollars? These guys aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer.

The FBI said the suspects have no ties to any terrorist organizations and that the public was never in danger because the explosives were inert.

Not tied to any terrorist organization? They were a terrorist organization!
The knives may not be too sharp in the FBI's drawer either.

What kind of people go to court to support these criminals?

I hope they took names.

They only wanted to blow up a mailbox until the undercover FBI agent convinced them to blow up the bridge.

Which one of those fine upstanding young criminals made that claim?

(as if it makes any difference)

So - someone really IS that stoopid.

Yours truly, irony.

In an attempt to decipher that incoherent statement I will assume "yours truly" means that you made it up. I'll just pass on why you stuck the word 'irony' in there.

The reported 50 supporters in the courtroom are the real threat. Hope someone in law enforcement, or at Breitbart (etc) took video pics of all of them for future reference.

Terrorist groups always have “support” networks (i.e. “fans”) and the fans can become the next tier of terrorists.

A camera is one of the best tools to use against terrorists and their supporters. A picture (face) is worth a thousand words in preventing the next terrorist act.

Hope DHS understands this but I doubt it.

Stop it!

Alright. I git it. These fine, young, upstanding future RAT candidates can't be found guilty for something they didn't do.

Can't they be arrested for just being FUGLY? Their next centerfold will probably be in TIME magazine.

I would be very surprised if the FBI didn’t take numerous photos of everyone who showed up there. Followed by scanning the pics into face recognition software and filing it all in a database.
