Changes in the wording of Selective Service System record-keeping requirements, made days after the opening of an investigation into the alleged forgery of President Barack Obamas selective service registration form, raise serious questions about U.S. Government intentions.
The new rules allow existing copies of documents that may be sought by investigators to be destroyed.
The Selective Service Systems new privacy rules were published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, September 20, 2011, four days after the September 16 announcement by World Net Daily that the Maricopa County (Arizona) Sheriffs Office Cold Case Posse was opening an inquiry with full subpoena power into alleged forgery of several documents concerning Obamas birth and draft registration.
The new rules, which constitute the first update to Selective Service System privacy regulations in eleven years, were published under the title, Privacy Act of 1974; Publication of Notice of Systems of Records.
Ongoing controversy surrounding allegations that some of Obamas personal identification documents and records, including his Selective Service draft registration form, are forgeries came into sharp focus seven months ago. The Cold Case Posse, under the leadership of Sheriff Joseph M. Arpaio, opened an inquiry in response to those allegations.
This is a full-fledged criminal investigation, Michael Zullo, lead investigator, told Communities @WashingtonTimes.
Sheriff Arpaio sent two written requests in March to the Selective Service System requesting President Obamas draft registration records. Selective Service System officials responded to Arpaio in writing, but did not turn over any of President Obamas registration records.
We believe they are stonewalling, Zullo added. "In their latest reply letter to the Sheriff, they do not comment on, or even allude to, the microfilm being available to inspect."

I have no doubt they have destroyed as much evidence as they possibly could for anything to do with obama- rules or no rules.
Do you have a link for the info you supplied about the encoding number on the SS registration? I have not heard that before and would like to know more about it.

True story - Back in the summer of 2008, I was researching the Harvard archives after reading a NYT article about Obama protesting on campus over the black professor who was denied tenure ...
I found an archive of photographs related to Black History. I don’t remember the exact title of the collection but when I clicked on the link that listed the contents of the archive, the system displayed a message that the collection had been recently inventoried and reorganized by someone (it did list her name) on such-and-such date. The date was not long after Obama announced his candidacy.
So yes, they did some serious scrubbing and I suspect, though I can’t prove it, that whatshername pulled a Sandy Berger and walked out of the Harvard archives with any photographs of Obama.
Richard Flahavan is who sent out the response to the Obama record FIOA.
Mr. Flahavan seems to do a lot of favors....
“...indicating that Mitch McConnell did not receive a Armed Forces Physical Examination as stated by Richard Flahavan, in his extract. If the Selective Service Classification Record is correct and Mitch McConnell didn’t receive Armed Forces Physical Examination, then how could he flunk the Armed Forces Physical Examination he didn’t take and what is the real reason Mitch McConnell didn’t serve his country during the Vietnam war?”
Worth repeating with emphasis....
“...indicating that Mitch McConnell DID NOT receive a Armed Forces Physical Examination AS STATED BY Richard Flahavan...”
Mr. McConnell appears to likely be living a glass house. That would explain some lack of rock throwing.
I would have expected the received date to be the same or later than the date next to the signature. Especially if it was mailed.

Thanks for the Ping and the posted info.
The level of deception that has gone into installing and maintaining this fraud is more than breathtaking. It’s truly frightening.
Good thing you added the definition....
At first glance, I read “tranny”.......LOLOLOL.
ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice catch! I thought something was funny about the upper right encoding number also.
Bookmark. Thanks for posting.
BUT, see also follow-up research that apparently clears up many of the anomalies:
The Obamafile: New Research Discredits the forged Obama Selective Service document issue
I was recalling an earlier investigation and hadn’t heard anything of it lately, guess this why.
“Registration forms created prior to the establishment of the Data Management Center had a DLN configuration different than the current format. The first three characters (089) of the DLN for this form designate that this form was key entered by one of the keying centers of the Internal Revenue Service.”
