Pretty simple. There is only one RINO who is “next in line” but the conservative base of the party always gets split between fiscal, social and libertarian candidates. So RINO “wins” some of the key early primary states.

Official polygamy (Mormon and Moose style, a maximum of four spouses) would be less-bad than the utter farce called “gay marriage.” If this is what Mitt wants and he’s just yielding on “gay marriage” to ease the path, he really ought to just quit that and focus frankly on the polygamy. He’d get lots of dissent, but I believe much more respect that way.

You could get a very polymerized clowder that way, of course. Because a wife of a four-wife man could herself have three other husbands, who... and before you know it everyone in the USA is an inlaw of an inlaw of....

The man has no core values and principles to drive his campaign platform.

His position is “evolving”.

> Why would we believe that the GOP in Congress will automatically swallow Mitt proposals?

You honestly think Blubbery Boehner or Turtle McConnell will do anything but support everything Myth proposes? And what are the odds that a majority of GOPs in Congress will fight against their party leaders?

And by the way... those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Well we can certainly count upon the Democrats for such lockstep.

Here’s my point though.

Suppose Zer0 proposes an Amnesty Bill. O’Connell and Boehner fall over themselves to oppose it. Every GOP except for the ultra-RINOs fight it as well. The bill either gets held up in filibuster or voted down.

Now suppose Myth proposes an Amnesty Bill. O’Connell and Boehner fall in line. Do you honestly think they would buck the top Republican? Let’s say there are about half of GOP Congress who oppose it because they have integrity, despite pressure from above. That leaves the lily-livered RINOs to fall in line. Add most of the Dims who vote for it because hey! Amnesty is what they’ve wanted all along. Add it all together and you get Amnesty passed.

My conservative buddies make fun of my saying that Myth is worse than Zer0, then I do the legislative math, then they agree with me.

Go ahead and disagree with me if you like, but all I ask is that you run through the scenarios and really think about this before you cast your vote this November.

I know where Barack Obama stands and a lot of you need to wake the heck up. Romney opposes illegal immigration and one comment by an aid, without substance and quickly retracted, is meaningless.

But have fun with Obama and gay marriage, left wing Supreme Court, nuclear disarmament, racist division, destruction of the economy... enjoy yourselves.

It would appear the presumptive GOP candidate...is...shall we say?...a little unstable?
