The White House Visitors Office requires that an unborn childstill residing in uteromust be counted as a full human being when its parents register for a White House tour, according to documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.
White House Visitors Office director Ellie Schafer sent an email to a Capitol Hill staffer Tuesday morning explaining the process for registering an unborn fetus for a White House tour:
We have received a number of calls regarding how to enter security information for a baby that has not yet been born.
Crazy as it may sound, you MUST include the baby in the overall count of guests in the tour. Its an easy process.

just a way for the White House visitor logs to be hard to read.
How about that! The same White House that believes it’s ok to let a newlyborn baby die of exposure in a medical waste container or closet, now wants that “blob of tissue” to become a “human.” Now, what if the baby is going to be aborted sometime after the tour? Do they tell the screener that?
How about twins, triplets, Octomom?
What if they’re going to abort the blob of tissue later that week?

New voter registration scheme?
Probabaly. In only four and a half terms, these babies will reach voting age. Obama wants to have them on mailing lists now, since four and a half terms will be up before you know it. He's just planning ahead to insure smoothe re-election bids for himself each time around.
A lot of new parents will take their newborn with them for White House tours, it’s a family keepsake, and tend to register prior to birth, and this is what the whole thing is about. If the baby won’t be born before the tour, you don’t need to register it.
