The Washington Examiner’s Tim Carney probably won’t be getting a call from any of MSNBC’s “NewsNation” bookers about an appearance any time soon.
On MSNBC’s “NewsNation” on Friday, host Tamron Hall got into an on-air disagreement with Carney that led to her producers cutting him completely out of an interview segment.
The two got off to a rocky start discussing MSNBC’s coverage of a Washington Post story about Mitt Romney’s high school years. But in a follow-up question to Carney, Carney protested the premise of Hall’s entire line of questioning.
“[W]hat you’re doing here is a typical media trick,” Carney said. “You hype up a story, and then you justify the second day coverage of the story by saying, ‘Oh well, people are talking about it. Here’s how Romney responded to it.’ No. Let’s move on to substantive issues.”
Hall fired back, insisting that she sets the rules and the agenda.

They may have stolen (and destroyed) the big "lack of vetting Obama" issue -- and from now on it will be Romney who the media needs to "vet". Remember most Americans are apolitical. They are easy to fool.

It's amusing how nobody seems to know anything for certain about Ubama's past or his upbringing or even his place of birth. Most of the information we are supposed to rely on comes from two books ostensibly authored by Obama himself, and naturally the Democrat "mainstream" newsrooms are only too happy to take Obama at his word. Investigate? A President of their own party? I don't think so. No. Everything the public needs to know about Ubama is all right there in his two "autobiographies".

MSNBC is a domestic terrorist organization and should be treated as such. They are not just a ‘biased’ media outlet.. They are a dangerous domestic terrorist organization attempting to cause complete anarchy in this country.
This is how leftist reporters set up the Republicans and the GOP is right to resist it even if it makes authortarians, posing as reporters, angry. The left lays out a hysterical and usually false story. Then harasses the Republicans in the name of “people are talking aobut this.”
Actually people could have cared less about it. The leftists are hyping it. Romney’s rep. was smart to make her take on the form of a smash mouth politico. He won. He did not get his issues covered but she did not gain milage in her political effort to avoid talking about real issues facing the nation. People will turn off the tee vee when they see her partisan sour puss.
Mr. Carney should have prefaced his comments with something like “Those of you who value freedom of expression and diversity of opinion are going to be sickened by what’s going to happen here, because this network is afraid to let you hear what I’m going to say next and will cut me off as I try to tell you what I think - and then launched into his expose of the slimey journalism MSNBC practices......
“You don’t have to answer a single question I ask you, and you didn’t have to accept the invitation to come on.” Hall shot back.
“Your actions are irritating me right now,” Hall later said. “You are not going to come on and insult me, you are not going to come on and insult the network, when you knew what we were going to be talking about. Done.”
MSNBC then cut Carney’s mic. At the end of the clip (above) he can be seen trying to talk, on mute.
“Wait, @tamronhall cut off my mic? Seriously?” Carney later tweeted.

Reminds me a lot of what they did to Cain.
No evidence was ever presented, EVER! Just a two bit WHORE’s accusation.
Sorry, just a little irritated at the lack of ethics in reporting and the irresponsible way things are being done to this country by Obama and his enablers.
Wonder if this type of crap is the reason “dictators” do a little clean up when they get control. I could see a bunch of people in our media being led out to pasture in any one of many countries that would not tolerate their lies.
But unlike Cain or any of our other candidates, Romney has it coming. I find myself totally uninterested in engaging in any attempt to come to his defense.
Wow, what a bitch! That was scumy even by MSNBC “standards”.
