Might want to stretch that another sixty five miles farther south and include Lane County and Eugene, with the University of Oregon there it is most definitely Far Left!!
But you can leave out most of Salem, especially the smaller towns surrounding it. Conservative there, including me.

Then, throw in Ashland and much/most of the Oregone coast north of Brookings. Ashaland and some of the north coastal areas of Oregone might make Portland look somewhat normal.
