Our Almighty God in Heaven, We pray for this nation that your servants, our great forefathers, established on this continent so many years ago under what we still believe today to be your divine guidance. They recognized the great truths that we are all created equal by you and endowed by you with our unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Our ancestors sailed across the seas seeking relief from persecution and to seek your blessings and to establish colonies where they would be free to live and worship in your name and in the manner they believed to be of your will. With your divine help and guidance, they carved out what would later become the freest and greatest nation on your creation out of the wilderness, and gave thanks and prayed for your approval and blessings.
They later declared their independence from the tyrants overseas and fought a great war of independence with your divine guidance to establish the original free states, and then later joined together as a federation of states, united under a common constitution to become a nation among nations. And they consented to grant to their newly established federal government certain limited powers to best defend our new nation and to help it grow strong as one nation, under your Providence, with liberty and justice for all, and they reserved all other rights and powers to the states and the people. We were to govern ourselves as sovereign states and sovereign people, under God, and they prayed for your blessings. And all was good.
Our ancestors later fought a great civil war to rid our nation of the scourge of slavery and to ensure that this nation, established under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, all the people, shall not perish from the earth.
We as a nation fought many wars to forge and keep our freedom and to rid the world of evil tyrants and mass murdering collectivist dictators and totalitarians who were taking over and enslaving their own people and those of neighboring nations. Our great armies and warriors marched in your name, asked for your blessings, risked and sacrificed their lives, and fought and won the great battles, not for treasure or territory, but to defend and restore your blessings of freedom and justice for all people. And we prayed and gave thanks and asked for your blessings. All glory is to our Almighty God in Heaven. All the good we seek is sought in your name and we pray it is your will to be done.
Now once again our great nation and great people face a great evil. And this time it is an insidious evil that has crept in from foreign shores and during the last 100 years has infiltrated into every institution of our society and is poisoning the minds of our youth and destroying our moral society. It is the scourge of Marxism, communism, socialism, collectivism, totalitarianism, and the related cultures of sodomy, depravity and death. We believe it is unholy and destructive to the society and free nation that was established in your name and under your divine guidance and with your blessings.
Dear Lord, We pray for the strength and wisdom to resist this latest new form of insidious tyranny that has now gripped our nation from within. This evil scourge has already completely taken over one of our two great major political parties from which the majority of our elected government officials are selected, and is now threatening to take over the other. If they are allowed to let the sodomites, the abortionists, the socialists, the corrupt and greedy power mongers and evil-doers take over the majority of our elected offices, after they've already taken over our government and educational institutions at all levels and have even infiltrated into our churches and houses of worship, then we fear greatly for our future as a nation under God and for the independence and liberty of our posterity.
Dear Lord, the collectivists, sodomites and evil-doers are inside the gates. We pray once again for your divine guidance and that as we fight this great battle for liberty, we are doing so not only in your name, but with your blessings.
We pray for miraculous delivery from evil.
Your will be done.

To Thee, O Lord, I lift my soul.
I try to pray every day at 3pm for our nation. I think this is the “Hour of Power” since Christ died then. I believe that God listens in a special way at that hour when we contemplate the time that Christ died for us.
Turn back to the Lord, America. Rediscover your Christian heritage.

Contend, Lord, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me.
2 Take up shield and armor; arise and come to my aid.
3 Brandish spear and javelin[a] against those who pursue me.
Say to me,
“I am your salvation. ”
4 May those who seek my life be disgraced and put to shame;
may those who plot my ruin be turned back in dismay.
5 May they be like chaff before the wind, with the angel of the Lord driving them away;
6 may their path be dark and slippery, with the angel of the Lord pursuing them.
7 Since they hid their net for me without cause and without cause dug a pit for me,
8 may ruin overtake them by surprise— may the net they hid entangle them, may they fall into the pit, to their ruin.
9 Then my soul will rejoice in the Lord and delight in his salvation.
10 My whole being will exclaim, “Who is like you, Lord?
You rescue the poor from those too strong for them, the poor and needy from those who rob them.”
11 Ruthless witnesses come forward; they question me on things I know nothing about.
12 They repay me evil for good and leave me like one bereaved.
13 Yet when they were ill, I put on sackcloth and humbled myself with fasting. When my prayers returned to me unanswered,
14 I went about mourning as though for my friend or brother.
I bowed my head in grief as though weeping for my mother.
15 But when I stumbled, they gathered in glee; assailants gathered against me without my knowledge. They slandered me without ceasing.
16 Like the ungodly they maliciously mocked;[b] they gnashed their teeth at me.
17 How long, Lord, will you look on? Rescue me from their ravages, my precious life from these lions.
18 I will give you thanks in the great assembly; among the throngs I will praise you.
19 Do not let those gloat over me who are my enemies without cause; do not let those who hate me without reason maliciously wink the eye.
20 They do not speak peaceably, but devise false accusations against those who live quietly in the land.
21 They sneer at me and say, “Aha! Aha! With our own eyes we have seen it.”
22 Lord, you have seen this; do not be silent. Do not be far from me, Lord.
23 Awake, and rise to my defense! Contend for me, my God and Lord.
24 Vindicate me in your righteousness, Lord my God; do not let them gloat over me.
25 Do not let them think, “Aha, just what we wanted!” or say, “We have swallowed him up.”
26 May all who gloat over my distress be put to shame and confusion; may all who exalt themselves over me be clothed with shame and disgrace.
27 May those who delight in my vindication shout for joy and gladness;
may they always say, “The Lord be exalted, who delights in the well-being of his servant.”
28 My tongue will proclaim your righteousness, your praises all day long. AMEN! Lord, hear our prayers ..
