WILLARD M. ROMNEY - THE RAT AND HORROR CONNECTION

WILLARD M. ROMNEY
THE RAT AND HORROR
CONNECTION

I would like to propose, as matter of political strategy, that all of those who are opposed to the dark shadow of godlessness, rebellion, i.e. RINOism that Willard M. Romney is casting upon the once bright landscape of the Republican Party, and it was a bright landscape during the Ronald Reagan years, that is for sure, that we make a simple change in our communication strategy.

I see that most FreeRepublic members have stopped helping the homosexual movement advance their agenda by dropping the use of their propaganda term "gay", as homosexuals are the most miserable people on the planet, always gasping for breath, in terms of public support, because their sense of self-worth is in a constant state of melt-down.

I would propose the same change in the way we refer to Romney. We should stop using the word "Mitt" as this is a beloved baseball term, and denotes that the person can catch the ball that is thrown to him, which is a blatant falsehood when it comes to Romney. The Lord God has thrown the ball of obedience to Romney on many occasions, even soft lobs over home plate, and he has dropped the ball every time.

Instead of "Mitt" we should just spell out his name as it was given to him at birth. Willard M. Romney.

The name Willard is not a beautiful name. And that matches Romney's rebellious heart. So we move closer to the truth by calling him by his first name.

Moreover, in the deep, and even the not-so-deep, recesses of American memory, people associate the term "rat" and the quality of horror with the name "Willard" because there was a 1971 movie by that name, which was actually redone under the same name "Willard" in 2003. Google "Willard" and this comes up at the top.

Willard had an army of rats that he unleashed on his enemies. Hmmm ... that sounds eerily similar to what Romney has actually done in this campaign.

The association between the name "Willard" and rats and horror is fairly strongly entrenched in the American psyche.

While I would never call anyone a "rat", clearly Romney is accurately described as a horror to those who believe in safeguarding American traditional values, and an additional horror when it comes to the ease at which he could destroy, through lies, the reputation of good conservatives, Gingrich and Santorum, and become so quickly the choice of the Republican Party for President even when everybody knows this individual was totally Anti-Regean.

I mean if the Republican Party ever had a hero, it was Ronald Reagan, and Romney was an enemy of Reagan. This is certainly a horror that Romney could so easily rip the heart out of the Republican Party, and entice so many people to gather around him to lap up the blood spilled all over the floor.

So please, whenever we need to mention Romney, I would encourage all who are interested in saving the soul of the Republican party, to please drop the "Mitt" and spell it out, WILLARD M. ROMNEY.

(And ask people to Google the name "Willard").

Willard can “run” however he wants, since he’s only interested in fooling the rubes to gain their votes while laughing behind their backs at their stupidity. It doesn’t change his record of being a far-left moonbat who implemented the very model for ZeroCare and one who continues to lie and misrepresent whom and what he is (not to mention being the very mastermind of the sabotage Palin movement the moment she was named as McCain’s VP). Screw Willard AND his minions.

“The same people that gave us Obama before by staying home are doing it again. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.”

Nobody can be that insane — maybe a few are indeed so deluded, but I bet many know exactly what they are doing, trying to suppress the conservative vote to help Obama get a second term.

People who use the phrase "vulture capitalism" are using demagoguery to turn Americans' hearts away from the free enterprise system. This is evil. I was a Newt supporter but I hated it when he took this line of attack against Romney. It was cynical, it was wrong, and it was stupid. It eliminated any chance he had of winning the nomination.

What will make people feel good inside is to explain to them that God wants us to be free and to flourish, that free market capitalism honestly administered is the best known means to this, and that creative destruction is an essential, inherent and inevitable part of capitalism. Inefficient and failing companies are restructured so that their assets can more productively be used resulting in greater prosperity for all.

That I should have to explain such simple and obvious concepts on a conservative forum just shows how deep the crazy is around here.

rogue yam says, “Romney appeared at Liberty University on Saturday and said that he believes that marriage is between one man and one woman. Thus what you say here is false”

First point, if you support homosexuals in the military, there is no ground of principle left that separates that from allowing homosexuals to get married.

Second, Romney has built his whole campaign on lies. Therefore, for anyone who is paying attention, they would know and understand that Romney is again lying through his teeth to get votes. Romney supports every aspect of the homosexual agenda in his heart. Believe me, I am telling you the truth.

rogue yam says, "False and true are two different things ... True is good ... False is not good."

Since Romney built his campaign on telling lies about his opponents and telling lies about his true stand on conservative issues, then only a died in the wool hypocrite would say this,"False is not good", and then proclaim his support for Romney.

They don’t respect the TP either. The GOP especially works against TP candidates.

Nailed it

My theory is that in large part they think that if Mitt wins then this will advance Mormonism, and since they believe that Mormonism is demonic they must oppose Mitt even though they know Obama will be devastating for the country.

Rogue yam says, "People who use the phrase "vulture capitalism" are using demagoguery to turn Americans' hearts away from the free enterprise system."

Every good thing on this earth has a dark underbelly. The good could exist much better without it. Vulture Capitalism is a case in point. Vulture Capitalism is not an integral part of the Free Enterprise System. Vulture Capitalists are simply cold-hearted opportunists feeding off of weak businesses.

The fraud that Romney perpetrated upon weak and dying businesses is exemplified by this fact, that when Romney graduated from Harvard Business School he did not take a job in "business" but hung up his shingle as a "consultant."

Who in their right mind would hire someone who had only a book learning sense of business to tell them how to run a business or save a business? This goes against all common sense. 99% of graduates take positions inside of businesses to learn how things actually work.

Romney was hired into a consulting firm, which could be no more than a den of thieves promulgating gross illusions that people with no experience could "consult" on how to build or save a business.

This particular aspect of Romney's career needs to be brought forward and put under a spotlight. It is a perfect parallel to what we see today, with Romney trying to sell himself as a conservative, where there is nothing inside of him that is of that color at all. Here, put to these two things together and see if they don't add up perfectly.

A. Directly out of Harvard Business School, Romney had the audacity to set himself up as a "consultant" who is going to charge high prices to give good advice on how to build and save businesses, when in fact he has ZERO business experience, and was not about to get any.

B. Having ZERO experience as a conservative, he comes before this conservative party, and sets himself before us a conservative leader, making people believe he knows how to advance our conservative values. Again ZERO experience.

When Newt Gingrich labels Romney a Vulture Capitalist he was telling the truth. The Free Enterprise System does not need Vulture Capitalists to operate properly.

Your view on this is really distorted. As if Mitt Romney is some kind of poster boy for the Free Enterprise System. A Vulture Capitalist feeds of the system, and does not add anything to it. American's do not have a warm place in their hearts for Vulture Capitalists as you will see if Romney is nominated. When you look at the Pantheon of American heroes, you do not see a single greedy Vulture Capitalist represented.

Newt was intimidated into backing down on an important area of truth. Sure Romney minions howled. But Obama will see to it that the American people get the full cold-hearted story.

rogue yam says, "What will make people feel good inside is to explain to them that God wants us to be free and to flourish ..."

And then to explain to them, that the path towards the freedom and prosperity that God wants for us, is to put a person into the highest office of the land who is in a state of utter rebellion against God's Laws.

Loving respect and obedience before God's Laws, comes first. Prosperity is the reward for aligning ourselves with the Purposes of God in the earth. Because these principles are immutable, a Romney presidency could only lead us into a deeper state of poverty.

This is classic half-truth. The Free Enterprise system works only because it is sponsored by, and energized by God, who will help make it work, only if the people are respectful and obedient to his laws.

The best known means to prosperity is respectful obedience to God’s Law first.

If you take away the respectful obedience part of the equation, things begin to unravel because God withdraws his support.

Therefore, a person in a state of rebellion against God’s Laws cannot possibly play the role of economic savior for the nation, as Obama is proving, a truth that Romney would help us all to become even more painfully aware.

rogue yam says, “creative destruction is an essential, inherent and inevitable part of capitalism. Inefficient and failing companies are restructured so that their assets can more productively be used resulting in greater prosperity for all.”

Given the imperfection of man, this is essentially correct. Some businesses will succeed, some will fail. That does not make the underbelly activity of feeding off these failing businesses, as a Vulture Capitalist, something to be proud of.

Sure Romney is swimming in cash, and people ooh and awe over this.

But when has — what amounts to a mortician — ever been elected to the office of the President, even if he is a rich mortician?

Is it realistic to expect the American people, in general, to feel good about someone who had handled dead (economic) bodies his whole life, and made himself rich by so doing?

It is really very similar to the housing foreclosure industry. People lose their homes, and the vultures rush in to claim the corpses. And they can make good money off of this “business”. But their money is always connected to the failure of others.

It is very similar. The money is always tainted with the tears shed over broken dreams.

This is the bottomline. For Romney to succeed, others had to fail first. That is the story of his life, and it is also the story of his deep pocket wall street backers.

Is this person, who has made his wealth navigating these rivers of tears, an individual the American people will take to their hearts, and say, he is the kind of man I want to lead this country?

I don’t think so. Obama’s story, as an individual, as the first black president in American history, is much more compelling from a human interest standpoint. Here is a man, in Obama, that represents the apex of the centuries old dream of Americans of African descent for respect in this nation. That’s pretty powerful.

The life story of an economic mortician is going to trump that? I don’t think so.

The only candidate that can come close to matching the human interest story angle, is Newt Gingrich, who rose from the most humble beginnings to become Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives after leading a successful revolution that gave Republicans a majority in the House for the first ime in 40 years.

Please set aside a few minutes each day, for the remainder of May, through the month of June, July, and August, to pray to Almighty God for the resurrection of a united Gingrich/Santorum campaign that will inspire real enthusiasm in the base for victory. With God, all things are possible.

please explain why you will not join us in praying for the resurrection of a united Gingrich/Santorum campaign that can sweep Obama out of office in a landslide?

I would love that but it just won’t happen.

We have to do the best we can with what we have.

I don’t care for Mitt. Newt was my choice.

Mitt is the nominee. That’s just how it is.

You who are staying home or doing a write-in are casting a vote for the Marxist/Muslim.

We MUST get Obama out of the White House. Four more years of this sob will finish destroying America.

I am casting a vote AGAINST Obama.

The crazy is deep in you.

The general tenor of the site is such that you have become completely unmoored.

There is no community left to corral you back into your safe space.

This isn’t your fault alone.

The hounds of crazy have been let slipped.

Any number have been swept up.

This may be how FR ends.

Barking, barking, barking at will-o’-the-wisps.

patriot08 says, “I would love that but it just won’t happen.”

That’s what happens when people get caught up in the deep shadow that Willard M. Romney has cast over the once bright landscape of the Republican Party. They lose faith in God. They can’t imagine that God has any power that can challenge the omnipotent Willard M. Romney. He becomes bigger than God in their minds, so much so, that God appears to be a gnat squirming under Willard’s thumb. The national motto, “In God we Trust” means nothing to them any more. Willard M. Romney plants in the heart the seed of rebellion against God that will lead to the destruction of the Republican Party.

Holy crap, Have you been following the death of Andrew Breitbart?

No one is defending Romney, Dude. They are telling you to open your eyes to who is in there now.

I know you think you are very clever with the Willard and you want all the FReepers to say, “Oh that’s wonderful! I’m going to call Rush tomorrow and give Golden Eagles on FR credit!” Yeah, right.

Drop your pride and love your country more than you hate Romney.
