Breitbart News has obtained a promotional booklet produced in 1991 by Barack Obama's then-literary agency, Acton & Dystel, which touts Obama as "born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii."

I really have never heard this, though maybe he has exhibited it. I've had my problems with Severin particularly in regard to Oklahoma City, and the McVeigh execution.

Now on Breitbart. Dystel.com changed O’s birth place from Kenya to Hawaii two months after he declared his run for Presidency.
According to archive.org, a website that caches websites on a regular basis, the Dystel.com website – the official website for Dystel & Goderich, Obama’s literary agents – was using the Barack Obama “born in Kenya” language until April 2007, just two months after then-Senator Obama declared his campaign for the presidency.
Archive.org shows that the Dystel website used the following biography for Obama as of April 3, 2007:

Obama launched his presidential campaign in February 2007.
By April 21, 2007, the Obama bio had been changed to state that Obama was born in Hawaii:

You act like you think they don't already know. How could they not? There has been eight attempt to introduce an amendment to the Constitution to deal with NBC since Obama became known.
Shame? I have put life and limb in defense of this nation on more than one occasion. The idea that my daughter is ineligible to hold the office of President because she was born abroad while I was serving this nation is nuts. If John McCain was eligible to run for President, then so is my daughter.
Just because something is “settled law” doesn’t mean everyone will follow it. The settle law thing is really a dumb argument. Plus, Laurence Tribe was an Obama campaign adviser in 2007 and 2008. He was helping to divert attention away from Obama.
It must be resolved in the courts sooner rather than later. Until then, what you and I think is irrelevant. Obama is the President of the United States and the Commander in Chief. That is a fact.

You keep using the same FLAWED assumption that ‘citizen at birth’ equates to ‘natural born citizen’.
The are two different forms of law. 1) Positive Law - these are man made laws, such as those passed by Congress, States, and local governments. And, 2) Natural Law - this is the unwritten law of nature and the devine.
What the term-of-art ‘natural born Citizen’ means, is exactly what it says, a person born a citizen via Natural Law.
What is a Natural Law citizen? A Natural Law citizen, a citizen that does not require ANY Positive Law to be a citizen. The time the above applies, is when a child is born in a country, to two citizen parents. Anyone who does not fall into that category, is not Constitutioeligibleggible to be President.

My God, if it can be definitively proved that this putz was not born in the hospital he claims he was, and I think it can be proved with some subpoenas, to say the sh*t is going to hit the fan is going to be the understatement of the millennium. It is not a matter of following it. Obama was never challenged by the GOP and the Tribe/Olson opinion was requested by the Senate to determine McCain’s eligibility. If it was settled law re the definition of natural born citizen, then why ask for a legal opinion?

It took non binding resolution 511 to attempt to *make* McCain a natural born Citizen.
The only thing that could have *made* a person in McCains position a "natural born Citizen" was tried and repealed by the founding generation. The Naturalization Act of 1790:

They tried to legislate the known definition to include those children born outside the territory, but repealed that with the Act of 1795.

If I’m not mistaken, that clause reads, or at least read back then, that the unmarried U.S. citizen mother could transmit her “nationality” to her foreign-born baby.
“Nationality” and “citizenship” are two distinct legal terms: while all citizens of the U.S. are also nationals of the U.S., not all ationals of the U.S. are also citizens of the U.S. For example, American Samoans are nationals of the U.S., but not citizens of the U.S. Nationals of the U.S. may travel to and (I believe) work within the U.S., but do not have rights reserved for citizens (such as voting in U.S. elections and passing on U.S. citizenship via jus sanguinis).
Thus, unless I’m missing something, an unwed mother would pass on her U.S. nationality to her foreign-born son who was not a U.S. citizen at birth under some other law, which would allow her child to live and (eventually) work in the U.S. But she wouldn’t pass on her U.S. citizenship.

Hannity seemed to be pushing this as 0bama embellishing his past more than being actually born in Kenya. Breitbart guys seemed to be saying that it was more about the media not investigating 0bama than him being from Kenya.

That’s not entirely true, IMO.
There’s no requirement that the president prove with documentation evidence that he is natural born. There couldn’t be because there was no such thing as a birth certificate when the original 13 colonies were founded.
Also, an election is not one national election. There are 50 separate elections. Each state has a person elected to a position with the responsibility of “certifying” that each name to be put on the ballot is in fact qualified to be there. Once that person signs off on it, that name is legal to be on that ballot.
In my opinion, you would need to prove that each of these 50 election certifying individuals signed off on Obama’s name knowing that he is not qualified to be on the ballot or that they displayed gross negligence in obtaining some kind of assurance, before you could go anywhere with this. But remember, a birth certificate is not required. Maybe all that is required is that a relative give’s his/her word on obama’s behalf.

get a case to the supreme court and force them to make a ruling.

Are you a constitutional scholar and lawyer or did you stay at a Holiday Inn Epress? Until the courts decide on the definition of "natural born citizen," we are left with reality. Under your defintion or belief, neither Obama or McCain was eligible to run for the Presidency. Or Barry Goldwater or Charles Curtis. The reality is that Obama is in the WH. Until the courts decide that he is ineligible to serve, Obama will finish out this term and run for another.
Your FLAW is that you want reality to conform to what you believe it should be. I will say it over and over. This must be resolved in the courts sooner rather than later. We have 300,000 to 400,000 anchor babies born each year to illegal alien parents. There are 40 million foreign born in this country now--one out of every 8 residents. By 2050, one out of five will be foreign born. There is some urgency about this issue.
Traditionally, in Kenya it was done at a later date[5 years old]. If he was born there, it probably wasn't performed on him.
He could have it done at a later date in Hawaii though, which I doubt.
