While some quickly dismissed as an anomaly yesterday’s explosive revelation that Barack Obama’s former literary agency billed him as “born in Kenya” back in 1991 in connection with a book he never wrote, WND has discovered much later published references – some dated as recently as 2007 – used to promote his highly touted book “Dreams from My Father.”
As WND reported, Breitbart News originally found a brochure from two decades ago in which literary agency Acton & Dystel promoted Obama as the author of the never-produced “Journeys in Black and White” by declaring Obama was “born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”
Twelve years later, however, the Dystel of Acton & Dystel was busy promoting Obama’s new book, “Dreams from My Father,” and still touting the author as “born in Kenya.”
Through the Internet archive Wayback Machine, WND found an August 2003 listing of Dystel & Goderich’s author bios, including the following: “Barack Obama was the first black president of the Harvard Law Review. He was born in Kenya to an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, and was raised in Indonesia, Hawaii and Chicago. His first book is ‘Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance.”

No. I've said for years, and got flamed here, that the old goat was pimping for Hussein the whole time. Remember he told us we didn't have anything to fear from an Obama presidency and the GOP shut Palin up the second she became a favorite.
1991 - Literary agency writes Barry was born in Kenya. Barry, at the time, was not well know. The agency would have asked him for info to write about or asked him to write it. Either way, the agency didn't just pick "Kenya" as his birthplace "just because." They were given that information from someone. Remember, this was back in 1991 when he was basically a nobody (most would argue, still is) so he nor anybody else thought it was a negative that he was born in Kenya. In fact, they probably thought it was a good thing.
1992 - Barry graduates from Harvard and returns to Chicago. Is informed between now and when Dreams is written, that being born in Kenya is a liability for higher office, with the general population.
1995, July - Dreams of my Father written (by "Rev." Wright?) saying born in HI. Knows he's about to run for state Senate. Needs to start tying up loose ends.
1995, Aug - Barry files paperwork to run for Il. Senate seat
2006, Oct 22 - Barry announces he will run for POTUS
2006 (late) - 2007 (early) - Born in Kenya is finally scrubbed from Dystel site. Same site that was used to promote Dreams. The web site is far less well know, and was not mentioned in the media til lately. Unlike the book, which they knew would get press and be known, they overlooked scrubbing the reference on the web site.
2007, Jan - Begins running for POTUS.
Would that be the Hawaii that's the 57th state? Would that have been in 1960 or 1961 or whatever that third date was? Would that have been the at the Hawaii hospital he first claimed he was born in or the second one? On his 5 minute walk to Punahou school which he walked every day and to b-ball practice, he had to walk past one of those hospitals, yet he still can't get it right. One would have thought his typical white granny would have pointed out the exact room of the birth from their apartment window if that's where the miracle had occurred. Then at typical white granny's memorial service, the preacher had to remind him he attended Sunday school there. From that it's quite obvious he wasn't the one who picked the church but Maya or it was in her Will. The guy is either the most clueless creature on earth or something fishy is going on.

The initial publishing was in 1995, and another edition (revised edition?) was published when Obama became more famous as Senator and his inspirations to become president more prevalent. Could it be that Obama had the book "revised" sometime in the early to middle of last decade? Look for a 1995 printed hard copy edition if one could be found. We all know how these guys are into revisionist history.

The first edition from 2995 is said to be rare. that edition just got much, much rarer and worth more.

In a C-Span interview when he was running for Congress Obama himself said he was born in Kenya. Only when he was running for president did the place of birth change.
does he ever actually say he was born in Hawaii in ‘Dreams’?
Very interesting. They hadn’t figured out when Ayers wrote the book that a Kenyan birth for the purported son of the Kenyan would sink him.
Clintons didn’t push the ineligibility question because it would have backfired. The First Black President’s wife would have been called a racist.
Remember the lines of black voters half-mile long waiting to vote, just in the primaries?

WOuld library of congress have both?
LOC may have the first edition. My town libraries don’t as I just checked online.
