He's Barack Sr.'s other mixed race son. Notice that he doesn't look much like Barack Sr. either... That's because Mark is always shown looking at the camera and his colour is deliberately lightened, there's only ONE honest image of him out there:

Really? Then all I can say is Mark must have gotten more than his fair share or you are deliberately bee essing.
Because he has lips which are fuller than yours? Of course he does. His father was African. That's not what I was talking about.
You can see a little bit of Sr.'s eyes in Mark, but he doesn't have the typical Lao or East African appearance of Sr.
So why would Jr.?
