NC TEACHER SCREAMS AT STUDENT: IT’S CRIMINAL TO CRITICIZE OBAMA
Big Government ^ | May 20, 2012 | Ben Shapiro

Posted on 05/20/2012 9:56:00 AM PDT by SMGFan

A YouTube video uploaded on Monday afternoon apparently shows a schoolteacher from the Rowan-Salisbury school district in North Carolina informing a student that failing to be respectful of President Obama is a criminal offense.

The video shows a classroom discussion about the Washington Post hit piece about Mitt Romney bullying a kid some five decades ago. One student says, “Didn’t Obama bully someone though?” The teacher says: “Not to my knowledge.” The student then cites the fact that Obama, in Dreams from My Father, admits to shoving a little girl. “Stop, no, because there is no comparison,” screams the teacher. Romney is “running for president. Obama is the president.”

And yet another “if you don’t vote for Romney you must be voting for Obama” idiot pops their head up.

Starve the beast. Homeschool. It worked for us.
I agree with homeschool for the sake of the children but unless nearly everyone does it I don't see how it starves the beast. You still have to support the beast with your taxes, even if your kids don't go to their nazi schools.

I can get up a FB page tonight calling for her firing and have 20,000 likes by this time tomorrow? Who is this vile creature?

Waste of time. The majority of teachers in that kind of school district are the same, administrators also. Even if she ended up being fired the remaining hoodies would polarize even more in that direction.

She can likely be removed as unqualified just because she’s so blatantly stupid.

That women needs

WOMAN, dumbass. Singular - woman. Plural - women.

I learned that in elementary school.

I swear we're getting dumber and dumber as a nation every year.

This is par for the course in NC schools. Believe me - I attended NC schools my entire life. NC was ranked 49th or 50th in the nation, changing places occasionally with SC or Mississoppi, I think. This teacher sounds JUST like my 6th grade teacher. My learning in her class consisted of black history. We never got past the Civil War and slavery, so far as history is concerned.

I have no doubt that the teachers at this school, where this shameful exchange took place, will circle the wagons and protect this inept, embarrassing ‘teacher’.

And don’t bother to look for this on MSM. Their ‘journalists’ are proud to have like-minded teachers who taught them.

Wow, that was the worst exchange I have ever heard/seen between a teacher and a student!

I agree, she should not be in that profession!

Anyone who has ever tried to hold a meaningful conversation with a Liberal knows it just can’t be done. Talking to a Liberal is like talking to a drunk.

Homeschooling starves the beast because the public schools rely on headcount to get federal matching funds. Hence the pathetic whining about and efforts to discredit homeschooling. It’s not just about ideology. Money being fungible, their addiction to it is in the total income stream, so for any net lowering of headcount they have to either adjust to the new lower overall income stream, or they have to get local taxes raised to cover the gap. Naturally they will normally try the latter, but the crunch is upon us all, and local tax referendums are not popular now. Never waste a perfectly good crisis.

This was my tagline til just now: No to Romney, no how, no way, no money, no vote

However, the more I see about the Obama worshipers and posts such as yours, I am rethinking. I will never be happy with Romney as the nominee and wish there was another option. I also realize with Obama re-elected, there will be no barriers to him further destroying our country. I hate the idea of voting for Mitt, but am starting to think I may have to.

I swear we're getting dumber and dumber as a nation every year.

That must be a "thing", now. I see it everywhere. People are using the plural for woman instead of the singular. It isn't isolated. And, yes, we are most assuredly getting dumber as a nation. The evidence is everywhere, not just in grammatical errors. Mike Judge got it absolutely right in Idiocracy.

Repeating myself again; the public school system should be dismantled. My time has certainly passed. When I was in secondary school we were taught to look for facts and consider all aspects of an issue. I remember our writing was expected to show clear ideas and dependable conclusions. I then went to a small college and I remember we were taught logic throughout the curriculum; debate included all perspectives and you were expected to defend your position using facts and reason. I was never a stellar student or great thinker, but I did learn to reason, rather than emote. This type of teaching and learning is forbidden in today’s factory schools; magical thinking and emotional rhetoric is as complex as it gets. Sad.
