Patricia Krentcil, the New Jersey woman dubbed the "Tanning Mom" after she was arrested for allegedly taking her young daughter tanning, wants people to know she's not the leather-faced lunatic the media has made her out to be. "I'm up at 3 in the morning, making sure all the wash is done," Krentcil told the "Today" show from her Nutley home in a taped interview that aired Monday. "My husband goes to work at 4:30, he works from Wall Street. And then I make pancakes, pack their bags, and they're all off and gone. And then I work all day inside and outside of this house."

Yeah, but after seeing the way the MSM doctored the photos in the Travon case, to make Travon whiter and Zimmerman much whiter, I’m wondering if we are seeing accurate photos.
It used to be you couldn’t trust most of what you read. Now it seems we can’t trust most of what we see either.

Perhaps she thinks the “tan” will keep her from looking old. Well, as another said it looks like mummy skin. It is so awful it hurts to look at it.
There are a couple pics of tanning mom which seem very off. I bet you are correct that they photshopped them.
What her husband probably doesn't want to tell her is that he wants to be out of the house before daylight so he doesn't have to look at her. He probably doesn't get home until after sunset!
When I saw the title, I cringed and tried to move on. But like a car crash, I just had to take a peek. Yikes.

Anyway, while I think she’s crazy, I think there’s possibility that this woman is telling the truth and her little girl got a sunburn at the pool. That said, her daughter has red hair and is pale, and with her considering an overdone tan to be the epitomy of beauty, maybe she did take her in. What I’ve wondered though, did none of the employees at the tanning salon witness if the little girl went in? I guess not, hence these charges, but I would think that the staff would have seen whether this child went in or not.

The other thing is, fine, do what you want to yourself, but you don’t take your kids ‘tanning’ until they hit the age of majority.

People who do this better be careful. I have a friend who’s sister-in-law died last week from melanoma.
