In a major development in his probe of Barack Obama’s eligibility for Arizona’s 2012 presidential ballot, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has dispatched his lead Cold Case Posse investigator and a deputy detective to Hawaii.
The mission to Obama’s purported birthplace comes as the Hawaii Department of Health continues to resist efforts by Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett to verify that the Honolulu agency has a valid birth certificate on file for Obama.

1. Rather, Hawaii officials are more worried about what other states will do if Hawaii officials give in quickly and easily to Bennett's request.
2. That is, if other states see how quickly Hawaii responds to Bennett's request for verification of Obama's birth certificate, then they might all start making their own requests, and all those requests could be a major headache for Hawaii officials. Just some food for thought.
3. In the end, I believe that Hawaii and Arizona will come to some agreement that will allow Obama to be placed on the Arizona Nov. 2012 presidential ballot.
4. But what I will find interesting is this: I wonder who will blink first, that is, who will cave in to the other's demand/request first.
5. Also, it will be interesting to see how Hawaii responds to Bennett's request.
6. Will Hawaii merely send Bennett a single sentence statement like "Yes, we have Obama's birth certificate on file."
7. Or, will Hawaii write a long, detailed explanation that it has Obama's long form birth certificate on file and, at the same time, severely criticize Bennett for asking for such information in the first place.
8. Again, I believe that Bennett will have no choice, and he will put Obama's name on the Nov. 2012 ballot, because there will be so much public pressure for him to do so.
It’s possible he legit, but he did such a good job scrubbing his records to fake being foreign born that the real BC can’t be found.
That would now suck for Barry because that scenario would have the same outcome as being falsely accused of being born in Kenya or anywhere outside the U.S. for that matter. Correct? No BC to be found = no proof that he was born in Hawaii?
Although I realized the scenario of posing as a foreign student, I hadn't thought of the added step of scrubbing his possible U.S. identity. Just raises more questions, I guess. Like who would have been the insider who deleted his records and why then would he turn around and get a SS card from Connecticut?
Guy is a complete mystery.
There are multiple comments and text statements of various sources that Obama was born in Kenya. They are all misspeaks and typos, like the latest in the news of course. /s

But that’s doesn’t mean I think we should drop it. The point should now be proving how much of a lying sack of #### obama has been for his entire life. And finding what crimes he has committed covering this all up.

Arpaio using deputy to help in Obama birth investigation
Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s volunteer investigation into documents pertaining to President Barack Obama’s residency status now includes the services of a taxpayer-funded deputy, according to Arpaio.
The deputy joined Mike Zullo, a volunteer member of Arpaio’s cold-case posse, in Hawaii this week in part due to “security issues,” according to Arpaio, and because the investigation has progressed.
“It’s one deputy, so what? We have security issues, too, that I can’t got into,” Arpaio said on Friday. “For six months we were not spending any money. When you’re doing investigations sometimes things change, you put more resources into it.”

The article says Zullo has a MCSO deputy with him to provide safety and to act as a liaison with local law enforcement.
I don’t know exactly what’s going on but I’ll be praying with everything within me for safety and success.
I shall earnestly hope every single minute of their time there is being recorded in some fashion by concealed recorders.
Because I have a gut feeling somebody wants to send a message to the Sheriff to back off.
Better yet a TV reality series could start up.

That, right there, is why Bennett has to do what he’s doing right now - and has to have a deadline by which the HDOH needs to respond. After the filing deadline, all the challenging and audits have to be done within 20 business days - twice the time already wasted on the HDOH refusing to give Bennett an official verification. Seems to me that what Bennett is saying is that if there’s no way to find out - in time - whether Obama has genuine legal records showing him eligible, then he will never even make it onto the ballot, because we have to know that he’s eligible before he gets on.
The theory is that Øbama stole Virginia’s birth record number and place on the birth register.

The basic gist - it is almost certain that Obama is using Virginia Sunahara’s BC#, to the point that the HDOH queried the database and couldn’t find her record under her own name. We know she had a record, so her record at that point had to have been using a different name.
I picture Obama as a used clunker that somebody is trying to pass on to me with only a Registration, no Title available, somebody else has a lien on it.
My guess: they are not relying on the mail, but are delivery official papers.

And as always, it’s weird his number is sequentially 3 after the latest on the Nordyke Twins. It’s possible, but like the SS registration card, slightly out of sequence, as often happens with forged documents.

The island's folks like to eat like everyone else. They like the money that flows into their pockets and coffers from the Mainland tourists. Let's start applying the pressure. No more ukeleles and luaus, sand and surf in the Aloha State till its Obama-loving, commie-loving officials cough up the goods Arizona is requesting.

I'm sure one of their witnesses is working inside HDOH, maybe a few at the hospital. They are witnesses to fraud.
Maybe they will record interviews and then play the recordings publicly when the State of Arizona dumps O’shiitbaga from the ballot.

You're probably right to have low expectations, Mike, but I would hope these guys show up at HDOH with a copy of the questioned LFBC from the White House website and DEMAND to compare it against the original HDOH claims to have on file. They are well within their rights to do so, especially after the confirmation of Obama's Kenya-born bio. It would be excellent to have some media with them, preferably a TV crew.
His lawyers had a chance to show his BC in Georgia and Atlanta, and refused. No lawyer wants to touch that longform with a 10 foot pole, with good reason.
Corsi has an insider, and they know for a fact that the BC was cooked up after Abercromby came into office.
We are now down to brass tacks, and no one in Hawaii wants to attach their name and their law license to this hoax.
I think your right. They are also going there to get damning video. All summer long we will see “Swift Boat” style video of HDOH running and hiding, bobbing and weaving, like an old 60 minutes video of a used car dealer running from his office telling the crew to shut off the camera.
One is there officially.(Sheriff Joe would have not used an official person unless it was necessary) One is there as a witness. Team work/security (armed?).
Their trip is NOT a secret, BO and the media are aware of the venture. It also provides some security as it is very public.
Or OTOH they could be there in the good/bad cop roles.
One thing for sure, they are NOT there for surf lessons and a luau.
Or endanger life or life of friends and family.

Two men who identified themselves as being from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office in Phoenix went to the Hawaii Department of Health Monday morning requesting verification of President Barack Obama's birth certificate, said a state spokeswoman.
A Hawaii deputy attorney general gave the men information concerning the legal requirements to obtain such a document; the requirements are posted on the Health Department's website. The two men then left the office, Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo said.
The two men showed Maricopa County Sheriff's Office badges and identified themselves as Michael Zullo and Brian Mackiewcz, Okubo said. They are "authorized by the Sheriff of Maricopa County, who is conducting an official investigation," a spokesman for the sheriff's office said in an email.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been researching Obama's residency status using a volunteer cold-case "posse," but now has employed a taxpayer-funded deputy, The Arizona Republic reported Monday.
Zullo is a volunteer, the Republic reported, but Okubo said that Mackiewicz presented a business card showing he is with the Threats Management Unit of the sheriff's office.

There are people working on the birth ‘announcements’ from the microfilm. There is suspicion that the film was editted, such as scratches that appear on one set do not appear on others (there should be only one copy)
So... despite EVERYTHING else, Bill O’Reilly says he accepts the HAwaiin birth story because the microfilm reprint of the newspaper birth announcement? Geez, Billl... You’re easily convinced, aren’t you?
Because most microfilm copies of birth announcements from a newspaper also have corresponding facts that can be checked, like hospital records- of which there are NONE showing “Stanley” Ann Dunham being IN a hospital let alone giving birth at one, to a black child, while 17 years old, (which would have been VERY unusual in Hawaii at that time)
There is something for the investigators to look for. When Obama released his latest forgery he said he sent a team of lawyers to Hawaii to “sign waivers” to get his BC released...

He was adopted. Common practice to have papers sealed. Waiver IMO was to open ALL papers. Probably found more than he bargained for.
AT this point, the following statement constitutes journalistic malpractice:

No “birther” has ever seen any copy that the state released. It sure as heck wasn’t the digital forgery that Obama claimed was his birth certificate. There’s no excuse for the Star Advertiser to not know that Arpaio’s investigation - the one they alluded to in the article - is to find out who forged that image that Obama posted. How the heck do they get off reporting that Arpaio is “researching Obama’s residency status”. Good Lord!
And they don’t allow comments. I wonder why that is...
Only a judge can consent to have sealed adoption records unsealed. There wouldn’t be any waiver he could sign that would do that. Unless he issued an executive order, or something. God knows he’d never live by the same laws as the rest of us peons.
