So, shunning is not a way to manipulate people against their freedom - ok.
Do you do your mind reading tricks at fairs or just birthday parties? Seems like it could be a good part time job.
No one is being kept in the LDS faith at the point of a gun, and lots of religious groups shun members who stray. It's up to the INDIVIDUAL whether they choose to let shunning affect their FREE CHOICE in this country to change their religion.
Folks in Muslim countries don't have that kind of freedom from fear of persecution or death.
