Not the case in my state of Florida. I don't use the type with launching probes. That's for a reason beyond the big time money they cost. Each probe is serial numbered so use isn't necessarily anonymous. Also there's not much chance of multiple uses in one event. I have used the standard contact type of stun device a couple of times in actual conditions (ie an attack against me or against someone I was working with when I did that sort of thing). The ideal employment of this sort of thing is not to let your target see the device and just zap him someplace sensitive like the crotch. Depending on the length of contact the effects are quite dramatic. So is the pain.

Actually before I had my Gastric Bypass surgery in 2009, I loved moon pies and grape soda. Never again for the rest of my life. ~sigh~ But it was worth it.

The first time I ever heard the term "Cracker" used as a pejorative was in my inner city high school classroom when one of my more violently active thugs lost it with my sense of class discipline and stood up howling how he was gonna kill this cracker blankety blank!

I stopped him just as he was rising to do the deed and asked him this: Wait a minute! I've been called that here a few times and I just gotta know --- are we talking Saltines here or Ritz? Cause I really like the Saltines but I'm not too wild on Ritz. The class, the entire group froze as if in disbelief and then howled with laughter. Even the punk. He was the one who said: Dude, like cracker means WHIP CRACKER as in the slave Massa! I responded with: Yeah, I understand that from your point of view such a vile creature is beneath contempt, but if you're using the term as a curse word, remember how the other person may look at it. The Massa, he was still in charge, right? If you're looking to make a person feel bad, don't accuse him of being a boss figure. Right? They listened to that one long and hard. That kid didn't act out again for the rest of the year.

But if I'm attacked by a mob and have a wife and/or children with me I'm going to use deadly force. I'll just have to take my chances with the jury. As the old saying goes, better to be judged by twelve, than carried by six. Also, thank you for your service to our Country.

If my wife and kid are with me, all bets are off and I too will go cyclic. I thought the question stipulated only one person as victim. I'll take a few more chances with my life in order to avoid an unpleasant outcome for myself (Zimmerman). But I take no chances with family. That scenario will also probably tilt the legal odds in my favor as well.

I agree..soon the areas will start to look like Detroit and other cities they have trashed...I would also advise whites to stay away from fast food places where blacks work since they love to spit in and pee in drinks and food..It gives me the creeps just to think about what they might do to the food...
