A Hawaii official announced late Tuesday that the state gave Arizona’s top elections official the verification he wanted showing President Barack Obama was indeed born there in 1961.
The announcement came just hours after Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett backed away from his threats to keep Obama off the November ballot and apologized for embarrassing his own state with a conspiracy theory-fueled investigation into whether the president was really a natural born U.S. citizen.
It also followed weeks of back and forth between Hawaii and Arizona, with Hawaii officials saying they weren’t sure Bennett was qualified to be investigating the matter.
Here’s the full statement Joshua Wisch, the special assistant to the Hawaii attorney general, released at 11:35 p.m. ET:

You are correct. What Onaka said is that the information, as listed in Bennett’s verification request, is the same as the information in Hawaii’s official records.
As I said, once it’s established that the records contain that information, the Full Faith and Credit clause takes over.

That is why I included “rather than” instead of “in addition to”. You made one statement in response to another statement, the two of which were mutually contradictory. It should be obvious to all but the brain dead that I was responding to the statement you made that CONTRADICTED the earlier statement.

That’s my view too. I want to see how Bennett “changed the wording” on his request. I’m betting he changed the part about the attached BC being an “accurate and true representation” of what they have on file. Onaka couldn’t agree to verify that, because he knows Obama’s BC was a forgery.
And if I was a gambler I’d bet a lot of money that an audit of the computer transaction logs would show that BC# taken from Virginia Sunahara and given to Obama. The rest of that probably was actually claimed on a document (or a combination of multiple documents) for Obama.

I think the FF&C clause speaks for itself:
“Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state. And the Congress may by general laws prescribe the manner in which such acts, records, and proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof.”

I really wanted to believe in reality but it requires so much faith !
The reported verification from Hawaii came only after Bennett, a Republican who has aspirations to run for governor, closely tailored his request to conform to the demands of Hawaii’s attorney general.
My guess would be that he changed his request where he asked them to verify that the attached birth certificate was the real deal.
I would also guess that the communications about why the request had to be changed were done over the phone, so there is no record of it. But I would think that the actual re-worded request must have been e-mailed. That’s what we need to see.
The thing that’s intriguing about this is the tacit admission that Onaka knows Obama posted a forgery. Especially considering that there is a criminal investigation to find out who is responsible for the forgery and fraud, that is HUGE! If I was Onaka I’d be expecting a knock on my door because in an official document I had just admitted that I had committed misprision of forgery and misprision of fraud, at the very least. And this on the same day that Zullo was at his office.
If I was Fuddy I think I’d be looking for a good lawyer. And probably Fukino too. This one thing exposes that they all knew Obama posted a forgery, and their failure to report it to law enforcement is misprision of forgery and fraud. Crimes against Arizona (and every other state, but AZ has a heckuva good patriot in Sheriff Joe!)
See, all along there’s been the eligibility issue and there’s also been the rule of law issue. They go hand in hand and I’ve been concerned about both, but what really lit my fire was the rule of law issue. Obama should be ousted because he’s ineligible. But he should also be ousted because he is a criminal.
The HDOH can do the lying bit in order to try to cover the POLITICAL bases. But the CRIMINAL bases are still there, and it is so surreal that these people are falling on their own CRIMINAL swords in order to cover Obama’s POLITICAL behind. The lying bit is in itself criminal, and it makes me wonder what they think will keep them from facing prosecution. Obama will not be the usurper-in-chief forever. Or do they think he will be?
If the AZ SOS is applying intense political pressure to Sheriff Joe to drop the criminal investigation, maybe those communications need to be made public as well...
I had hoped that Bennett was in earnest but Zullo said Bennett wasn’t interested in hearing any of the posse’s evidence. Boy, do I feel like a sucker. I try to believe the best about people until they prove me wrong.
I just briefly heard some of Michael Savage’s show last night as I was working. He was asking people who their hero is - who inspires them. There weren’t very many responses. I’ve got Jesus for the big one, and also lots of small heroes - like some of the people here, and military heroes, my mom and dad, etc. But I can’t think of anybody in national politics who is a hero. Sarah Palin is probably the closest. When it comes to law enforcement my kids watch old episodes of “Bones”, NCIS, or “Law and Order”, and I realize that it is fiction. The FBI doesn’t really act with that kind of integrity. The FBI told me they don’t investigate document fraud - right before I went online and reported document fraud, and was told it would be forwarded to.... the FBI. And the NCIS charges people like the Haditha Marines just to get John Murtha to open the purse (accidentally typed in pus at first, should have left it) strings. The political players in the NCIS obstructed justice. And now the same thing is happening in the military with Robert Bales; his attorney can’t get access to any of the witnesses or evidence (at least last I knew).
It’s sad. I’m really sad about where my country and world are at.
