Hatch is part of the problem, and that is why Hatch needs to go. If Dan Liljenquist (note how to spell his name for future reference) fails to measure up, then he can be subjected to a primary challenge as well.

The career politicians spending their whole damn life in the House or Senate are one of the many reasons why America is in the mess it’s in. We need to clean the worst offenders out.

From a purely strategic perspective, one can make a good argument that Palin’s endorsement is actualy a GOOD thing for Dan. Hatch had it in his pocket...he hoped that he could come out of the Utah GOP convention WITHOUT having to go through a primary...and I suspect Palin made him promise NOT to use it..the fact that it comes out now would suggest that Hatch is worried..have there been any polls lately?
