I heard a soundbite from a past MD of Obama lauding the sacrifice of the military. I suppose all the words he read from the teleprompter were correct. But you could tell in his voice that he doesn’t believe a word of it.
The only time you hear him being really passionate is when he is attacking capitalism or his political opponents on the campaign trail.
What I had said, means a 21st century version of the words “spinning in their graves”. But what you have said, is just as good too.
As far as that thread is concerned...I think it is staged, to facilitate more arsekissing and more $$ for the begathon.
