The police in Japan are investigating the theory that the two men use a chemical cosh on the two women, the women were filmed getting into a taxi in a semi comotose condition.

Even if they were willing attendees in the two ‘rappers’ hotel room , that is still no excuse for sexual violence and murder.

Blacks account for 100% of the difference in crime rates between the US and Europe. Excise crimes committed by blacks, and the US crime rate plunges to Nordic levels.

You know how every ethnic group has its career niches as well as hobbies, where that ethnic group is greatly over-represented on a per capita basis? For blacks, it's crime - it's estimated that 1/3 of black males have been through the criminal justice system - these are just the ones that were convicted. Not everyone's a career criminal - some of the hobbyists turn over a new leaf. Henry Watson, the black former Marine would almost beat Reginald Denny to death on live TV during LA Riots, now operates a limo company. But he did inflict crippling injuries on Denny before settling down to a more stable existence (after serving a little less than 2 years in prison for the Denny beating).

That video is disgusting.
Not long ago, people acting like that could be put down for being a menace to society.

Latest American export to Japan.

American ghetto criminals attached to visiting American hip-hop roadshows the young Japanese people salivate over, with a penchant for strangling Irish girls in Toyo after spiking their drinks, then raping their dead bodies (necrophilia).

Won't hear a lot about THIS on MSNBC, CNN or CBS, etc. BAD TIMING (for their Trayvon agenda).

Maybe so, but they deserve to be hanged if they’re found guilty.

Yea, we are mostly Catholic, from small parishes, where everyone knows everyone. I’ve never in my lifetime heard of this happening to anyone I know... not even in the national papers here. Very sad.
Maybe she was drunk, it was late.... after a concert, lots of people probably were. Being a drunk girl (having been one myself) the worst *most* will ever do is be over-friendly or get mad if we’re waiting on a taxi too long... silly things. No level of drunkenness means that the girl deserved what happened to her... I find some of the other posters’ comments with a “what did she expect?” attitude absolutely sickening (pro-rapist might I add!!) and I feel it is almost removing the blame from whoever did this.

Also the whole black rapper versus Japanese thing is going WAY over most people’s heads in Ireland. (Similarly the whole she went to a hotel with a black rapper thing would NEVER have occured to her...nor would it any Irish girl). This culture doesn’t exist in Ireland yet. I hope whoever did this is brought to justice (regardless of race/religion etc) and that this girls parents and friends can learn to deal in time.

May she RIP.

You have shown complete ignorance here.
The world is bigger than America and there’s many different cultures that DONT involve the different social groups that America has.

Irish culture (especially that of where the girl and I are from) = Small rural areas, Catholic, everyone knows everyone, meeting new people on a night out and having a few more friendly drinks happens most nights!

I’d also like to add that she went back to a hotel, (later opening hours for the bars? More craic?) not down a dark alley way.

This black rapper culture that you have referenced would go WAY over most Irish people’s heads. It’s the things we see in tv shows and movies. Doesn’t happen in Ireland. Everyone generally mixes especially in the rural areas. We have black priests, black doctors, black nurses...

I find your “what did she expect” comment to be PRO-RAPIST. How dare you take away the blame from whatever monster did this? Would you say the same to any rape victim who was attacked walking home? What about people abused in their own homes?? The deserved it? Should have fought harder?

Get an education.

May she RIP

Bingo! US lib media spiking story for racial reasons, and indirectly to keep the Trayvon Card pumped up, and Obama protected.

Yeah, not a peep out of the US media about this, not even to say that two Americans (without specifying ethnicity) are in custody in Japan for this murder. The case vanished entirely.

What are you hearing about the case there? I did a bit of googling around yesterday to see if I could find any updates. Didn’t find much. Nicki Minaj used her twitter account to post her sympathies to the family. She states that the two men absolutely are not associated with her crew and that she doesn’t know them. I read that the older perp, Blackston, is a resident of Japan.

I’ve seen nothing that would explain how these two animals had the funds to live a lifestyle that permitted them to afford two rooms at a luxury hotel. Also read one report, though didn’t find it confirmed anywhere, that the men lured the women to the hotel by disclosing that they had two rooms there, and that the girls could have one of the rooms to themselves after having missed their bus.

How long does it usually take to get toxicology screens from an autopsy there? I want to know if the perps used some kind of date rape drugs on the girls, as some reports have speculated.

All excellent observations. First of all, reports is that one of the men was in fact at least in the past one of the back dancers for Ms. Minaj and the YouTubes of his action on the stage were pulled. Japanese videos of her performance that night have mysteriously disappeared from the internet in Japanese as well. If they allowed videos in there anybody could have videoed that event in Tokyo and perhaps captured one of the perps in their field of view. And yes, a resident of Japan does not book two nights in the Keio Plaza Hotel. It is yet to be determined if the performer also stayed there at that same hotel, I tend to think perhaps it is rather likely. I will see what the Japanese press is saying.....Toxicology I think officially would take two or three weeks, but they might have had something before that, regarding date rape drug. I tend to believe that is what those girls got in their drinks, as the one left alive said she could remember absolutely nothing about the previous night where her friend was murdered. Surveillance tape of a cab shows those girls being pushed into the Japanese taxi by the perps, and barely able to walk.

Some of the latest. Real nice bunch of people here, eh?:

http://www.independent.ie/national-news/nicola-furlong-suspects-being-held-by-tokyo-police-linked-to-hiphop-star-ai-3129963.html

Title: Nicola Furlong: Suspects being held by Tokyo police linked to hip-hop star AI

BOTH suspects in the death of Wexford student Nicola Furlong had connections with the Japanese pop star AI ( Ai Carina Uemura) and appeared on stage with her just days before their arrests, it was reported today.

Dancer James Blackston from South Central Los Angeles and an unnamed 19-year-old musician, who was found with Nicola’s body in a 5-star Tokyo hotel, are being held on charges of indecently assaulting Nicola’s friend.

The DCU student was on a year’s exchange programme when she was murdered after a Nicki Minaj concert twelve days ago.

She was found strangled in a Tokyo hotel room.

The Japan Times reports today that Blackston danced on stage with the Japanese hip-hop star AI who was born in LA, but raised both there and in Kagoshima, Japan.

AI has performed with top US acts including Snoop Doggy Dog, Chaka Khan and the Jacksons and her hit single ‘Story’ has logged 3.5m downloads.

It is understood that Blackston (23) who goes by the stage name King Tight or KT, was touring Japan as part of AI’s Independent Tour 2012.

He performed with her at the Koriyama Fukushima Prefecture the day before he allegedly met Nicola (21) and her friend who had travelled from their university at Takasaki , about 100km from Tokyo.

And he gave a special King Tight workshop for children at a dance school at Sendai where he taught the moves to AI’s songs.

Neither Blackston or the other man detained by Japanese police, have been charged with the rape or murder of Nicola Furlong.

Under Japanese law the suspects can be held for up to 23 days before formal charges are laid but the prosecutor can then apply for another 10 day extension. Japan has a conviction rate of 99.8pc and employs an intense interrogation system.

Nicola, who was buried at her native Curracloe, Co Wexford, on Sunday was studying business and languages at DCU before going to Japan as part of an exchange programme. She was due home next month.

It is alleged that she and her friend were plied with alcohol or may have had their drinks spiked after the concert. A toxicology report is due this week.

- Independent.ie reporters

The 99.8 percent conviction rate referenced here is probably the reason you are not hearing much about the case, although it is true the US media could be purposely hushing it up as well. There is not a lot in the Japanese media these days, more reporting on the surrender of an Aum Shinrikyo woman on the lam for 15 years after the Sarin Attacks on the subway in Tokyo.
