It is becoming more and more evident why Obama won't release his transcripts.
Yes, there is speculation: "The word is, according to what I’ve read," said {Donald} Trump, "that he was a terrible student when he went to Occidental. He then gets into Columbia; he then gets to Harvard. ... How do you get into Harvard if you’re not a good student? Now maybe that's right or maybe it’s wrong, but I don't know why he doesn’t release his records."
And, The Trenches website is skeptical that Obama is as smart as the MSM's swoonings make him out to be, to the extent that they have offered a $20,000 reward for Obamna's Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School transcripts.
But, I think we can get a pretty good idea of what those transcripts will show (and why Obama has not released them) by just examining some of his recent rants - he is ignorant. I'll use two examples:
1) Chairman O recently spouted "As a country that has 2 percent of the world's oil reserves, but uses 20 percent of the world's oil — I'm going to repeat that — we've got 2 percent of the world oil reserves; we use 20 percent. What that means is, as much as we're doing to increase oil production, we're not going to be able to just drill our way out of the problem of high gas prices. Anybody who tells you otherwise either doesn’t know what they’re talking about or they aren’t telling you the truth.” - repeated on many occassions, but most recently in a speech in North Carolina, March 7, 2012. Although his facts are correct, they have little to do with each other - comparing "proven" reserves to consumption (The Fact Checker originally classified this as "True But False", but later downgraded it to "Two Pinocchios").
Consumption is in terms of volume per unit of time (for instance, barrels per day), while reserves is in terms of volume (for instance, millions of barrels) - the two are totally unrelated. As explained on The Fact Checker, "If the world’s oil reserves were 1 barrel, and the U.S. had 100 percent, we would still not have enough reserves, even if we only consumed 1/10 of 1 percent of the world’s oil. 1 barrel isn’t going very far. On the other hand, if the world’s oil reserves were 500-gazillion-katrillion-jillion barrels, maybe it could satisfy all the world’s demand for centuries, whether the US consumed 20 percent or 70 percent — so what."
So, it is clear that Chairman O's critical thinking and simple math skills are less than advertised.
2) In recent campaign events in Colorado, California and Iowa, Chariman O argued that he inherited a $1 trillion debt and later pushed for $2 trillion in spending cuts, and that federal spending has slowed to rates not seen in decades before his term.
Some simple facts:
- The deficit has been over $1 trillion every year of Chairman O's annointed position - it was never over $500 billion during the previous 43 presidents.
- Even in inflation-adjusted dollars, every deficit under Obama has exceeded any deficit we ran during World War II.
- As a percentage of the Gross Domestic Product, the only times in more than 200 years of American history that the deficit has exceeded 6.0 percent of GDP have all involved either the Civil War, World War I, World War II, or Obama.
- The national debt was $10.6 trillion on the day of his annointing; it is now $15.7 trillion - the largest jump in the national debt EVER!
So, it is obvious that Obama's and the MSM's claims of his intellectual prowess are grossly exaggerated. It only takes a minimal amount of examination to expose this. Unfortunately, 43% of the population shares his brain cell.

I have never been impressed with Obama’s critical thinking skills. He is a self-trained Bu(($hitter who has honed his skills at it. He is also has worked hard at knowing how to deflect and turn away people who question him when he tells a lie. I have observed that most people who are actually competent at something are not very good Bu(($hitters and most Bu(($hitters are pretty much useless at everything else.
He won’t release his transcripts because he lied and told the authorities he was a foreign student, getting perks and reduced tuition in the process, which under normal circumstances is called ‘fraud’. People have been known to go to prison for such things...........
His transcripts will only confirm how stupid he is. I want to see his applications. Obama is probably a criminal(fraud).
Everything you say is true. But there is also more and more evidence that Obama applied to all three universities as a foreigner.
This would not be easy for America to swallow. Their president checked the No box when asked if he was a citizen?
He might have lied to get in under foreign standards or he might truly have not been an American citizen. Either way, very few people would want someone who didn’t value American citizenship.

It will take a lot more than a 20 grand reward to expose his college records. More like 100,000 or more.

Exactly. And that is why they won’t go after his transcripts. Can you imagine? People wouldd be outraged that the media all covered these facts up in 2007! There was no Executive Order back then to stop anyone from searching out his transcripts.

The problem with faking it is that they can start asking questions of classmates who really did take the classes he purportedly took. See, I don’t believe he actually went to Columbia. I can believe that with the help of Muslims, Marxists, and other unknown miscreants he was on the rolls and he may have been issued a diploma, but I don’t believe he actually did real classwork.
I’m close to Obama’s age and I too have a degree from a well-known private university about the size of Columbia and my degree is also in history. If I were suddenly famous any dimwit investigator could quickly uncover hundreds of people who knew me and remember me clearly. There are memories, photos, records. The idea that Obama slipped in and out of Columbia unnoticed simply isn’t credible. I am sure they can dredge up a couple of people who claim to have known him at Columbia, but I bet if you look into their stories they are as solid as that old hippie Abercrombie’s claims about remembering Obama Sr, Stanley Ann and baby Barry.

I think there are dems that are privately concerned about something getting out re obama’s citizenship status, yes. But then they think of how they own the media, they just shake off their fears and go on with their day.

college admissions are often about making a class not admitting students. Also most colleges have a “set aside list” for special favors so it does not matter what the grades are.
Grades are meaningless.
The longer a fraud plays his games, the deeper he has to hide his past. Obama is nothing, if not a fraud, and that extends to everything he has done. Only in the American left, where all sense of values and proprieties are turned upside down and inside out would a halfwitted liar like Obama have a home.
That should be the question being asked?
Let's face it, though Occidental, Columbia and Harvard are uber liberal bastions, it is hard to believe there is not one Moderate/Libertarian person who would have access to Dear Leader's records (and someone more than likely would have made copies and released some/all of his records) UNLESS, when he decided to run for President, he (or his handlers) set out to have those records destroyed or removed from all 3 insitutions.
When one throws in the State of Hawaii and his BC issue, the Passport Office, the Social Security Administration, Selective Service, etc., one does not have to own a tin foil hat to begin to smell a rat or concerted effort to scrub ALL references/records of his past.
And his adoring media tools continue to defend/protect him and refuse to look into this obvious situation, NEVER before experienced with ANY President in our History.

I’m sure others have commented on this before me but a quick scan of the wiki on Obama’s private school, Punalou, reads like a Who’s Who of the world’s most influential elites of the past 100 years. I have a theory that it was his Punalou recommender’s connections at Colombia University who arranged the international student angle to get him admitted without proper regard to his Occidental transcripts. In my estimation, Punalou school connections are the key to Obama’s rise to the Presidency itself. You heard it here.
All it takes to bring this cockroach and his fellow conspirators out of hiding is one person just claiming to have the records and are going to release them in a month.
Just watch the DOJ and the MSM jump into full attack mode. Thousands of investigators will start digging up dirt on the person about to release the documents but not a single investigator will actually look for the documents.

If it’s ever proven he “lied” about being born in Kenya so he could get foreign exchange student benefits, he’ll just lie again and say he was mistaken when he thought he was born in Kenya but his grandmother told him right before she died that he was born in Hawaii. And all the liberals will fall down and worship him for his honesty in admitting he made the only mistake of his life.
In fact, Obama’s personal history seems to be that of a spoiled rich kid - the best schools, wacky liberal parents, whirlwind junkets around the world, lackluster application of talent, smoking the best Hawaiian bud when that was the gold stanadard of marijuana. I’m consistently amazed that many people seem to think that Obama’s slightly enhanced skin color means he was born and raised in the hood alongside Samuel Jackson and Lawrence Fishburne.
I agree with your assessment about connections. Link that to white liberal guilt and Obama gaming the system and there are good reasons to keep those transcripts hidden.
He could have got into Occidental as a ‘Choom scholar’ where it is more important to be high than to have high scores.

Barry never showed up for class. He was getting stoned and drunk all day - having gay sex all day. His transcripts show a bunch of incompletes. Then dear little gay Barry threatened to sue for racism and discrimination based on his sexual orientation unless he was given passes on the scorecard.

When the perfect, straight A transcript finally appears we will all know it is a fake. They have had alot of time to work on it and won’t make the same mistakes they made on the fake birth certificate. Sadly, Hannity and the rest will all declare that they believe him and we will move along.
