“The real battle is Socialism -vs- Freedom.”
I see it as Communism verses Capitalism.
Freedom? What freedom? We are all slaves. Slaves to the multiple tax enforcement agencies,(city-county-state-federal.) Our property is taxed. Our income is taxed. Our utilities are taxed. Then, when we spend earned money, which has already been income taxed, we pay another tax, the sales tax, which may include other taxes, like excise taxes,sin taxes, highway taxes, luxury taxes...etc
Finally, when we die, our estate is taxed. Then, what remains after the estate taxes are paid, may be passed to our heirs. Then, our heirs will be further taxed on their inheritance.
No offense. I just cant stand the term capitalism...
Capitalism was a concept invented by Marx and Co as a boogieman. I prefer to not take the labels the enemy puts upon me.
The founders of this country never mention capitalism as one of their guiding principles, philosophies or ideologies.
All im interested in individual freedom and liberty from the state and collective. The things that flow from that are many, but one happens to also be free commerce.
While I am no fan of Romney and certainly don't intend to vote for him (primary or otherwise), I must say this....
In comparison Romney vs. Obama, while they may read from the same "Socialist" playbook, and have set the same policies, I often wonder if Romney wouldn't be better, only because:
A) Romney was not raised by Marxist/Socialist radicals who HATE America and are intent on destroying the "Western Way of Life".
B) Romney was not raised in other countries, thereby learning and being indoctrinated that Free Markets and Capitalism is BAD BAD BAD
C) Romney did not and does not surround himself with Socialist, anti-America, anti-capitalist RADICALS, nor does he praise those who are and hold them up to a high esteem
D) Romney was not taught (nor doe I believe he believes in)
Black Liberation Theology,
Anti-Colonialism and the Muslim religion.
5) Romney has not partnered with or appointed anyone Muslim or aligned with Sharia Laws (that I know of)
6) Romney doesn't HATE Israel and he recognizes them appropriately, as our ally.
I just see Obama's "ideologies" more than just SOCIALIST. He's PURE evil! Everything about him and his beliefs, is about tearing down America, destroying Freedom (and US), and instilling Marxist/Communist values. I just don't see that same goal with Romney. At the least, it's at a much slower pace. Not saying Romney isn't the lesser of the evils here, as he is, but maybe with him at the helm, it'll slow things down enough, that we won't be TOTALLY destroyed?
All I know, is it's in Gods hands. HIS will be done. And only HE knows the outcome of the 2012 election and what will come of who wins, etc. God willing this country can (and will) be saved and the traitors in our government are served proper justice.....SOON!
