Apparently, as with so many other things, some people who hold the Presidency have class and some don’t. To all appearances, former President George W. Bush is the former, and current President Barack Obama is the latter, at least if this afternoon‘s unveiling of former President Bush’s Presidential portrait is any guide.
This event – which is, at least in theory, supposed to be free of partisan sniping, got an earful of just that when President Obama gave his introductory remarks welcoming Bush:
President Obama on Thursday twisted the knife he‘d stuck in his predecessor’s legacy, reminding former President George W. Bush that he left the economy a mess and al Qaeda mastermind Osama bin Laden alive when he left the White House three years ago.
“The months before I took the oath of office were a chaotic time,” Obama told a crowd of mostly former Bush administration officials and members of the Bush family, including Bush’s parents, former President George H.W. Bush and former first lady Barbara Bush.[...]
“We knew our economy was in trouble, our fellow Americans were in pain, but we wouldn’t know until later just how breathtaking the financial crisis had been,” Obama continued, raising some eyebrows among the Bush crowd seated just a few feet away.

Obama is a total, complete and unmitigated ass. And all that voted for him and all those that will vote for him fall into the same category. IMHO

Zero has insulted all of us and all that we all hold sacred. Insulting President Bush is just a small portion of what this idiot has done. President and Mrs Bush handled it the way they have handled everything. They handled it with grace, style and class. A very foreign concept to RAT presidents, past and present.
I know them and they’re one of the few families I’d never goof with. Ever. He will royally regret this. Believe me. And Poppa never forgives, neither does his wife. Is he suicidal?

I have to admit I was disbelieving. But Youtube has this “introductory speech”. I am completely shocked and awed.
W’s comments were very humorous, but in context, he may have been being sarcastic as well.
The Won is even a more classless jerk than I imagined.
I really, really don’t like O. I don’t usually wish bad on anybody, but I wish someone would give a disrespectful moment to him when his portrait is revealed.

That remark made me uncomfortable also, not that it wasn’t accurate, I mean it was a crisis, it loomed right before the election and both candidates were called to the White House, and no one knew how deep it was going to be at the time.
It’s just that why bring it up, unless Barky is lost in making fund raising speeches 24/7 and fell back into his mime for the cash tour he’s taking.
Michelle looked VERY tempermental toward Barky today. VERY.
At the end, following the speeches, during the shuffle of couples for photos, she was befuddled where to stand exactly and gave Barky a look to kill, resenting his finger pointing and arranging her, seemingly. Barely got the scowl off her face in time to smile for the camera.
There’s something going on there, between those two, Michelle and BO.
I am also certain, the Big Zero will likely be found to have gotten greedy and violated a host of laws involving bribery or at least to having gotten and used false identities for some illegal purpose.

I would LOVE to see a volcanic eruption between them (like in the movie What's Love Got to do With It, when Ike & Tina got into a knock down, bloody fight in the limo) and to see Michelle & 0dumb0 clubbing & clawing & screaming at each other on national TV. Ohhhh I would LOVE to see that!
