And on a Friday...so he can’t have another hearing before Monday. I expect there will be an “Accident” in the jail this weekend..... Zimmerman should have run for Mexico or South America before he was charged! I believe there is little chance of a “fair” trial.

Zimmerman doesn’t stand a chance.

This will be OJ in reverse.

"This court was led to believe they didn't have a single penny," said Prosecutor Bernie De la Rionda.

IOW, they didn't want a bond approved if there was any chance at all he might be able to meet it. Isn't there something in the Bill of Rights about that?

Ah, here it is. Amendment VIII: "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."

The race hustlers want the punishment before the trial.

If Obama had a son... he'd use drugs like "innocent" Trevon?

First they tell him he can't use the money.
Then they close his web site.
Then they say he is lying because he didn't declare the money he was told he couldn't use.

Even Kafka can't follow that one.

This is about denying the defense attorney access to his client. With access the defense attorney is better able to work assembling a defense and contact a client with questions regarding the case.

With the defendat in jail, the prosecutors are playing games to cover their weak case. CLIENTS ALWAYS underestimate their financial resources. This is selective enforcement.

The AP article is also a lie designed to tamper with the jury. The judge should call upon the AP for a rule to show cause why they should not be held in contempt. (they have submitted themselves to the court via motions)

They asked but it does not say they filed a written motion NOR was it noticed for hearing at that time.

This article is way beyond mere yellow journalism.

Legal eagles: does this mean Zim has to go to jail, or will he just have to put up more bond money?

the day of the bond hearing, there was $150,000 in the account. “I am the real George Zimmerman,” a message on the site begins. / This website’s sole purpose is to ensure my supporters they are receiving my full attention without any intermediaries.”

____________
I have created a Paypal account solely linked on this website as I would like to provide an avenue to thank my supporters personally and ensure that any funds provided are used only for living expenses and legal defense, in lieu of my forced inability to maintain employment. I will also personally, maintain accountability of all funds received. I reassure you, every donation is appreciated.

Sincerely,

George Zimmerman

Not being a Fla resident, I realize the laws vary from state to state.

I am curios about a couple of things maybe someone can answer.

Is bail set on the assets of the individual as opposed to the crime involved?

If Zimmerman’s bail was reduced due to character witnesses and the fact that he used two family members’ home to secure the new bail (as I have read), why should it matter if there is an undetermined amount of cash in a PayPal account?

"This court was led to believe they didn't have a single penny," said Prosecutor Bernie De la Rionda. "It was misleading and I don't know what words to use other than it was a blatant lie."

I distinctly recall reports that Zimmerman had raised money from donations. If I know it, how can this court pretend they didn't know it?

This man is being set-up for a jailhouse killing.

The Judge is hurting George`s chance of a fair trial by doing this so publicly.

How the hell can someone be punished for raising money for their defense? Is that a crime now? With headlines like this I hope the revolution is nigh.

In light of the recent revelations in the case the judge should have thrown out the case instead. Sadly the race baiters in the United States would never do that.

If I got the story correct, these are funds donated for the defense of Zimmerman. i.e. to pay attorney fees. Just how can anyone consider these to be assets of Zimmerman’s or his family? Without the situation there would be no donations.

Disgusting mis-justice. Can happen to any of us in this current climate that the libs have crested.
