As long as the money was spent in the USA, that creates jobs and sustains the economy. Better plan than anything this administration has contrived, if they have in fact done anything but smokescreen.

The economy would have been far better off, had the unions never emerged and became entrenched. Money spent battling them is wastage. It's like money spent repairing windows broken by hooligans.
