Giant Tropical Lake Found On Saturn Moon Titan

An oasis of liquid methane has unexpectedly been discovered amid the tropical dunes of Saturn's moon Titan, researchers say.
This lake in the otherwise dry tropics of Titan hints that subterranean channels of liquid methane might feed it from below, scientists added.
Titan has clouds, rain and lakes, like Earth, but these are composed of methane rather than water. However, methane lakes were seen only at Titan's poles until now — its tropics around the equator were apparently home to dune fields instead.

We don’t have a fuel problem, we have a transportation problem.
Besides, the earth is covered in methane hydrites - how about we use that first? After all, methane is the largest greenhouse gas. Well, next to water.

Canadian winters are -300 degrees F? Yikes! I'm glad I live here. LOL
Seriously, the winter of 1979-1980 was a killer in the Midwest. The polar jet stream mainlined super cold arctic air directly from the North Pole. We had three continuous weeks in January-February where the average daily temperature never got above -25 degrees F and nighttime temps averaged -40 degrees F. After three weeks of this, everyone wanted to move to Texas or Florida.

What are the waterfront lots going for?Methane front lots have a strict no smoking or open flame policy.. or they would if they had any oxygen around. No firepits on the beach.
