It will work! You'll be surprise how many stupid people will swallow the lie whole! I know, I have witnessed it in my conservative/rat family WHO hate the JOKER but fault Bush for our woes. W never ever responded to the lies by the mediaDEMONS nor will he ever defend himself against the lies. The low class BLACK messiah insulted him right to his face at the portrait unveiling and W just stood there and took it in the behind. WOW! I was literally stunned!!That will be the RATS campaign slogan and message cause they have nothing else to run on. With the help of AOL, Univision, HELLywood and the mediaWHORES repeating the lie till election day, I truly fear it will work!! Repeat it enough and it will stick to the gullible American sheeple!God help this nation if it does!

To be fair there's a lot of blame that can be properly ascribed to Bush:

1. The Department of Homeland Security.
2. The TSA / destruction of 4th Amd on air-travel.
3. The floodgate of bailouts (arguably started with airlines after WTC; unarguably the TARP that passed under his watch)
4. The floodgate of stimulus [2008]

However, those sorts of policies (in the general idea, if not the actual implementation) are still continued under Obama, so it's a bit like having one police-chief institute an ultra-violent no-knock raid policy which, after he moves on, is retained and reinforced by his replacement who claims "my predecessor instituted these policies" in response to the general populous getting upset about the violence.
Technically correct; responsibly repugnant.
