ou didnt ask me, but at MY house we are having...pulled pork (pork shoulder slow cooked in crock pot with an onion and a can of Coke)...and with that...my “Super Crunch Salad”
Broccoli florets (cut small)
Green onion-chopped
chopped celery
red grapes
raisins
sunflower seeds
cooked crumbled bacon
sliced almonds
Mix with dressing (mayo, vinegar and sugar)
Chill...and if you WANT TO (Optional)...toss in some grated cheddar, colby cheese just before serving

Sorry Clint...a bit of recipe chat is good for the soul ;-)
